    love this type of cardio! great pace with only 15 second rest in between each move. keeps the heart rate up and time goes by quickly.

    Really enjoyed this one for a change of pace. Still super challenging but I loved the different moves - kept me on my toes. Plus I loved the cool down music - it was so lovely!

    One of the many things I love about doing workouts again after a few months is seeing the improvements in strength & endurance. Definitely noticed that today. I did this one at the beginning of the year & seriously struggled but today I kicked butt 🔥

    Been wanting to do a new kickboxing workout lately. I really enjoyed this one, but that cooldown music was THE BEST I’ve heard on your channel! Something about the piano and violin during the cooldown really spoke to me. Moments of peace that also gave a sense of triumph having completed the workout. Kind of like the end credits of a suspenseful film where the protagonist acquires victory. Just lovely, Heather. Thank you!

    Absolutely love this workout! I didn’t like kickboxing but decided to give this a try and it changed my perspective about kickboxing. It is intense but yet doesn’t overwhelm the body. Feeling really energized after this workout.

    This is such a fun way to get the heart rate up. Cardio workouts aren't my favourite thing so the fast pace keeps me distracted enough to get through it! 😄
