One of the many things I love about doing workouts again after a few months is seeing the improvements in strength & endurance. Definitely noticed that today. I did this one at the beginning of the year & seriously struggled but today I kicked butt 🔥
Loved it!! Didn't turn the tracker on until the initial 10 minutes have passed and was interrupted multiple times by family, greatly slowed me down. But still burned 172 kCal in just last 30 minutes. Thanks
Did this today and burnt 300 calories, but opted for low impact moves for the jumping exercises. This still burns. I am glad I did it. Will go back to this for sure

@@ektajain9271 I'm 161cm (5'3) and 55kg (about 122pounds) and I burnt 261 calories from start to finish. That's quite a lot for me. Not many workouts are as intense as this for me. I'm quite happy with the intensity and calorie burn. (I'm using a fit bit versa 3 to track my calories)

As I did your no squats no lunges HIIT yesterday (Tuesday) morning I secretly wished for a new kickboxing workout. Needless to say I hardly slept at night, and jumped out of bed this morning (Wednesday) to get my sweat sesh on! Thank you so much Heather
I really liked this. It made me sweat even though I modified a bit and burned 230 calories. Thanks to your amazing workouts which include warm up and cooldown (exactly what I was looking for) , I've been able to stay consistent for 2 years now. I love all your workout Heather!

I am unable to complete this. I stopped completely at the 28th minute, took longer breaks in between and am completely drenched. This is challenging me, and I will attempt to follow thru and complete this workout in the next few weeks. Also, definitely more fat burning than jogging 30mins.
