    I work out almost every day and I don't think I have sweated this much AND have had this much fun in a workout for a while! Joseph has the best energy which kept me motivated throughout!

      I could not understand this comment till the first water break as I was not really sweating more than normal walking level. And by the second water break my eyes were hurting because I was sweating that much. And yes! Amazing coach!

    This video just popped up in my feed. I had no intention of doing a workout at this moment, but after WATCHING the first 5 minutes, I decided I should do it RIGHT NOW! I'm 58 years old, menopausal, overweight, and out of shape. I usually would steer away from these kinds of workouts because I am SOOOOO a beginner again. And starting over has been difficult. But his infectious personality made me WANT to do this. The modifications were PERFECT for me... although I still have a hard time with burpees...but I did do some with the modifications, and when I couldn't...I SHUFFLED it out.
    It was definitely fun and I'm sweating like a sinner in church!

    I’ve been doing different pop sugar workouts and this one by far was the most fun! The energy and positivity was just so contagious I could not believe that I was SMILING while I was working out! It was still challenging but the instructor really did a great job showing the viewer (especially an out of fit novice like me) how to do the moves correctly before speeding it up.

    I don’t normally like dancey workouts but do love boxing ones. This was just the right combination. I didn’t find the dance moves too difficult and I actually had fun. Joseph is the most amazing instructor. What energy! He’s so fun and the girls doing it with him looked like they were enjoying it just as much. This will be a firm favourite from now if I can ever cool down and dry off that is 💦🤛🏼💪🏼🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 please give us more from Jospeh 🥰🤞🏻

    THANK YOU FOR SHOWING A MODIFICATION FOR BURPEES. I'm 293 pounds and have a hard time doing burpees. Always give up on workouts cuz of that. But I'm so, so, sooooo grateful that these beautiful people uploaded modifications for beginners like me. ❤️

    I was planning on doing ten minutes because I’ve already done a few of fitness Marshall’s videos today but with this workout it was so easy to just give into that part of me that’s like “come on it’s only another .12 miles” and “you’re almost to 300 calories keep going” and I made it through the whole thing! I loved this energy and my dog is now licking me nonstop because of how much I sweat 😓

    I did this yesterday and it had me dripping sweat! Today, I can definitely feel it. My obliques and core are SORE! The music and his energy helped push me through it! We need more of this guy! I would do his workouts every day!

    So fun! Joseph is super funny, and relaxed- it's nice to get a great workout and not take yourself too seriously. I did the modified versions, and still burned 230 calories!

    I *hate* cardio but love lifting weights and this really helps me get my cardio in without dreading it. I did this 3-5 times a week for two months paired with at least 45 minutes of strength training and have serious results already! At ten weeks I barely modify (if at all) and still have energy after. I love this trainer and I love this workout. Thanks popsugar!

    So glad I found Pop Sugar 30 minute work outs. Makes me feel motivated, and this was the second video where I completed everything. Loved the commentaries, loved the realistic reactions (sweating, enjoying the music and dancing to show that enjoyment).

    Wow, this was amazing- I did not feel like I was working out because I was having so much fun and letting loose( but don’t underestimate the fun as I was sweating buckets). By far the most enjoyable workout ever. Love the groups energy

    Joseph D kickboxing classes are the best!!! You burn energy and have fun at the same time. He teaches class at Lifetime Fitness in New Jersey. So if you live near by, get the membership. His classes always pack tho so be aware. I wish I can keep going there but I moved away and now gonna sign up to do his online classes

    I absolutely loved that! That mantra, "what is yours cannot be lost" was so motivating. And ending with "stretching is gratitude for your body" made me even more appreciative of the workout. Thank you!

    About 10 minutes in I was like "im a little tired" but then it stopped feeling like a workout and started feeling like I was with friends. I also felt like the little random booty shakes and stuff helped me connect with my body and understand what muscles I should be focusing on (and made it so much fun that I was able to get into the groove and not see it as reps I needed to complete). This video has good flow

    Really fun, high intensity work out! The instructor was great. Also, that last song sounded like some mix of using hang castle of sonic heroes
