    * Alternate Sides During the :20/:10 Timer (4 Sets Right 4 Sets Left). After the 4 minutes of that Exercise, complete the Reps of the finishing exercise.
    *2 Rounds
    1.
    - Alternating Half Racked Forward Lunges
    - Jump Squats (20 Reps)
    2.
    - Single Arm Strict Press
    - Goblet Press (20 Reps)
    3.
    - Neutral Grip 3 Point Single Arm Rows
    - Swimmers or TRX Fire Works (20 Reps)
    4.
    - Single Arm Hang Cleans
    - Double Hand Snatch (20 Reps)

    Hey Max Fit I have a petella tendon rupture surgery in a couple of days seeing your vids helps my faith in seeing that i can make a 100% recovery, do you think its possbile to go back to putting 100% intensity in a sport after long pt and recovery.
