      If u maintained your body for 10 years it's difficult to go back , as u cannot look at u on mirror as soon as u are out of shape

    I teach in a special needs school and we all do this in our class every morning. The students are so engaged and the vestibular therapy they get from doing these stretches makes such a difference to their mood all through the morning. Thank you Allblanc, Louis, and Ryo!

    I did it today as a cool down stretching after a session of home walking and it feels really good. The narration by Ryo was really nice and helpful and his calming tone of voice helped to relax. I also enjoyed very much the music choice. Finally Louis doing the stretching exercices with such concentration, dedication and commitment made me enjoy fully this stretching. I'm looking forward to doing it on mornings because I'm sure it will be even more impactful for a good start of a day.

    I just started following you, hi guys! What I like about your exercise routines is that we don't need weird equipment. My 11 yrd old twins(boy & girl) are also joining me for the exercises. Before lockdown they were very active in ballet, taekwondo and gymnastics. Thank you Ryo for english narration, kept the twins focus👏👍

    I have been doing this exercise almost every morning for the past 4,5 months and I still love it! I have also noticed I started to enjoy yoga more as now I can do freely poses which used to be hard for me due to the continuous repetition of this routine. Thank you!

      @@baselahmad6029 I had been doing it since march 2023 everyday(Today is 7th June 2024), haven't missed a single day :) Best way to start your day if you ask me, but definitely try doing strength training and dedicated lower body mobility through out the week for a healthy body

    You have made me a fan for life. Love all your workouts that at times I struggle trying to decide which one to select. Sometimes I do more then six 10 minute workouts or till I'm exhausted. Keep them coming and thanks for the stretch.

    Yes, hearing your voice during this video was very helpful, calming to me. By calming I mean, i didn't feel the "need" to rush through any of the stretches. Also the music was perfect for stretching. Thank you! ❣
