    I did it today as a cool down stretching after a session of home walking and it feels really good. The narration by Ryo was really nice and helpful and his calming tone of voice helped to relax. I also enjoyed very much the music choice. Finally Louis doing the stretching exercices with such concentration, dedication and commitment made me enjoy fully this stretching. I'm looking forward to doing it on mornings because I'm sure it will be even more impactful for a good start of a day.

    I have been doing this exercise almost every morning for the past 4,5 months and I still love it! I have also noticed I started to enjoy yoga more as now I can do freely poses which used to be hard for me due to the continuous repetition of this routine. Thank you!

    I just started following you, hi guys! What I like about your exercise routines is that we don't need weird equipment. My 11 yrd old twins(boy & girl) are also joining me for the exercises. Before lockdown they were very active in ballet, taekwondo and gymnastics. Thank you Ryo for english narration, kept the twins focus👏👍

    I really enjoyed your video. I’m accompanying AllBlanc for a while and I would like to suggest videos like that, where you speak in English and even if we cannot see the phone well sometime, I can get the instructions. Being Brazilian, I’m sure you would have a great market there in Portuguese. Also, you give us enough time to get the new position. In other videos, it happens too fast and I have to stop the video to get ready. I truly love all your videos. I’m a 60 years old person, and stretching and workout for beginners are perfect for me!
