Can't thank you enough for your content man, it's very inspirational. God bless.
(I'm sorry if your sick of talking about it now)
I ruptured my Patellae Tendon last week Saturday and had operation this Monday just gone. I'm able to move my leg from side to side (with some pain) but cannot lift it, I can bend it approx. 30 degrees. Watching you train now, you do not show any hindrance in your recovery. However wondered, do you ever feel any tingles or twitching sensations even after 4 years? I am keen to start training, but do you think it's better idea to rest for the first 2 weeks then do the exercises you recommended post 2 weeks? I just want to be able to get back to relative level of fitness, enjoy mountain biking and be able to run etc.

@@originalnuttah6125 the stage your in is very scary and very uncomfortable. The good news is if you stay consistent with PT and exercise, and you live a healthy lifestyle, you won’t think about your knee at some point. You’ll just be active again.

@@ehailey09 4 weeks post surgery, had my second physiotherapy session yesterday. Went great, the words they used was 'phenomenal improvement' thanks to the exercises you recommended! They held my foot and asked me to pull towards me as hard as I could, and they were not able to hold it back! The same happened when I was asked to push forward too ! I have also been using a 'TENS' electrotherapy device since last weekend and it has helped tremendously reactivating my quads, would recommend to any one else going through similar. Thanks Max Fit, really appreciate your help. God bless!
