    Fabulous! I loved this workout! So many moves I’d never done, making it especially fun and interesting. Bonus points for keeping it all standing. Have to do this again! (I usually don’t repeat workouts since there’s always something new to try).

    I thoroughly enjoyed this! I didn't think I was going to make it after doing this behind my regular workout, but it was surprisingly very easy to follow and definitely got my heart rate up just as much as my regular workout.     This is the best workout I have ever done! I have been working out since I was 13 and I am know 57. I am a kickboxer and love the workout I get from it. I have done TaeBoe, Step Reebox, other Hitt workouts and many others. In high school I ran track so I am use to working out. I know have a personal trainer but I love this one the most.

    Wow! This workout was intense for an all standing routine. My heartrate shot up and the sweat was pouring off by the end of the workout. This one is moving to the top of my list! I feel like this was very effective. Love how interaftive you are and providing excellent detsils on each exercise. It did not feel like 42 exercises were done. Time flew by.

    Loved it! Like always! I'm wondering why I'm only burning about 250 calories though. I'm not modifying either. Should I just be working harder?

      Every factor that makes you uniquely you (age, height, gender, fitness level, VO2Max, intensity, body fat percentage, blood pressure, and on and on) determines your calories burned... BUT my best guess is that it comes down to how you're tracking your heart rate. If you're using a wrist-worn HRM (Apple Watch, Fitbit, etc.), they are wildly in accurate. To get the most accurate read, I use a chest strap ECG monitor (Polar H10 specifically, as it's used in clinical trials and studies). If I relied on my Galaxy Watch, it would probably say 300 or so calories. With all of that being said, the most important thing is that YOUR body is tracking each workout properly and all the hard work will definitely pay off 👊❤️

    Your routine reminds me of Kay Kay fitness. Innovative, unique choreography. Power moves and doesn’t waist time on exercises that doesn’t produce results. I’m glad I found your channel. I will do this on Friday. Thanks.
