    Fabulous! I loved this workout! So many moves I’d never done, making it especially fun and interesting. Bonus points for keeping it all standing. Have to do this again! (I usually don’t repeat workouts since there’s always something new to try).

    I’ve had to take a hiatus from working out let alone HIIT due to tragedy in my life. This is is the first HIIT I’ve done in over a year and I did it!! I modified two moves but mannnn!!! TY FOR HELPUNG ME GET ER DONE! ❤

    I haven’t worked out with you since Covid! This popped up and I decided to try it. I absolutely loved it. You are still the bomb. I’m 69 years old and I did it all. Used a 10 pound weight but that was ok. I’ll be back.

    OMG 👏🏽… I’ve been gaining weight and have not been motivated to workout. I saw this advertised on my feed so decided to check it out and immediately got my motivation and love for working out back.. I was able to use 15 lbs for about 95% and came down to 10lbs when needed. New fan here from Houston Tx 🇵🇷🙋🏽‍♀️💕

    This is the best workout I have ever done! I have been working out since I was 13 and I am know 57. I am a kickboxer and love the workout I get from it. I have done TaeBoe, Step Reebox, other Hitt workouts and many others. In high school I ran track so I am use to working out. I know have a personal trainer but I love this one the most.

    Thank you for this one! Bed rest for 6 months of pregnancy, c-section delivery and a long postpartum recovery have destroyed my body's strength, flexibility and endurance. This workout is exactly what I needed to start getting my body strong again without the high impact.

    Wow! This workout was intense for an all standing routine. My heartrate shot up and the sweat was pouring off by the end of the workout. This one is moving to the top of my list! I feel like this was very effective. Love how interaftive you are and providing excellent detsils on each exercise. It did not feel like 42 exercises were done. Time flew by.

    Loved this workout! The time flew by. Thanks for low impact but you brought the intensity by adding a light dumbbell.
