    chocolate oatmeal: ½ cup oats, 1 cup soy milk, 1 tbsp cacao powder
    overnight oats: 2 cups oats, 2 cups soy milk, ½ cup sunflower seeds, 2 tbsp flax seeds (3-4 servings)
    hummus: 1 can chickpeas, ¼ cup tahini, salt, pepper, ½ lemon, ¼ cup water
    tahini dijon maple dressing: ¼ cup tahini, 1 heaping tbsp dijon mustard, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp evoo, salt, pepper, 3 tbsp red wine vinegar, 2-3 tbsp water to thin

    chickpea pancake: ¾ cup chickpea flour + ¾ cup water, salt, pepper, oregano

    chickpea sandwich topping:; 1 can chikcpeas, salt, pepper, 1 pickle, ½ red onion, 1 heaping tbsp tahini (pulse 3-5 times)
    crispy potatoes: 3 handfuls small potatoes, salt, evoo. bake at 200° for 25 minutes (broccoli added for the last 10 minutes)
    creamy yogurt base: ½ container soy yogurt, salt, pepper, pinch of peri peri
    chocolate oat flour pancakes: 2 cups oat flour, 1,5 cups soy milk, salt, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp baking powder, 2 tbsp cacao powder, 1 tbsp sugar
    millet porridge: ½ cup millet flakes, 1 cup soy milk + about ½ cup water (depending on the consistency you like), pinch of salt

      I use a yogurt machine! its really simple: you just add a liner of soy milk + 200g soy yogurt from last week and let that ferment for a day :)

      oh, sorry! here you go: 400g spelt flour, 90g mixed seeds, 320g water, 1/2 block fresh yeast + 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp salt. bake at 225°C for 10 minutes and then at 200°C for 30 minutes
