I am on a low sodium diet, and always on the lookout for a flavorful recipe to keep my food interesting. I will make these and sub out the salt with shitake powder. These burgers look delicious.

I am suggesting you grill them (called broiling if you in the USA).

"Place onto a grill tray and heat under a medium grill for approximately 8 minutes on each side (or until nicely tanned)."
