We discovered this video 2 months back and are HUGE fans. So easy to make, one pan, easy store-bought organic ingredients... and they taste so unique and delicious. For the past 3 batches I have made, I have stopped the recipe video at around 4:50, or when the raw patties are formed. I fold over parchment paper and freeze the batch from there. We cook them from frozen on med-high heat, 3 min per side. Thanks for this great recipe.

If you just add everything to a blender and then pour into a baking tray lined with panko so it don't stick, you will get a similar result after about 40min of baking. Just use a spatula to make rows at around half time and you will get a huge batch all at once without much effort at all really.
Just made these and oh my gosh! They are so delicious. I didn’t have balsamic vinegar and I used vital wheat gluten instead of chickpea flour to give it a chewier texture and I’m blown away! I don’t know how these ingredients create a meat flavour but they just do. Thank you so much for this, I don’t ever need to buy frozen veggie burgers ever again! It’s tasty, easy, uses common ingredients and is packed with nutrients, what more could you ask for in a recipe?? 💚
I finally made these, and they did not disappoint! Love the simplicity of the ingredients and how easily everything came together (in one pot, no less!). My husband is very picky and thought they were the best he has ever had - including restaurant veggie burgers. We also found the burgers freeze and reheat beautifully. Thank you! 🙏🙏
I batch make 8 or so at a time, and freeze them all,@@tudoramr8432. I "taco wrap" each pattie in parchment paper and store them in a freezer bag flat. When my wife wants one, 3 minutes med-high heat per side and they are perfect.
We made them--- Delicious! We altered just a slightly with what we had on hand. Subbed out: almond flour for chickpea and pumpkin puree for tomato puree and eliminated the white vinegar because we were out. We skipped the Cayenne Pepper too. Thank you for this yummy recipe ☮️
I made these for dinner tonight, and we liked them so much! I wrapped them in lettuce with guacamole and tomatoes, which was a very tasty combination. I used my Vitamix to make the chick pea flour since all we had were dried ones, no flour, and that worked really well. I will say I had to turn down the heat a bit while frying them, and raising it at the end caused the patties to brown a bit too much. Still tasty, though. I made an experimental patty after dinner that was thinner and lower heat, and that worked better--and still crisped! Thanks so much for the great recipe!
We thought these were excellent. The only ingredient deviations were smoked paprika and more flour as I think I didn't get the mixture as dry as in the video but it was fine-one has to adjust as needed. They tasted very good and the mixture was easy to handle and form. Damp hands worked fine instead of oil. They cooked up beautifully with minimal oil and held together well. Best bean burgers I've ever made or bought. I really appreciate the care that went into developing the recipe, the detailed notes and attention to texture and flavor balance. I usually alter recipes to our tastes but this one was delicious as written. I do think there's a lot of flexibility so I will add more veg in future batches. I ended up with 8 burgers. Four I fried and they were delicious. I baked two (350F 30 min, internal temp 200F), hoping to freeze them for later, and the last two I will freeze raw. I had a little bit left over so I fried a thin patty, chopped it fine-ish and returned to the pan to brown. It came out a little like ground beef. My thought was it would make a good substitute for tacos or nachos. It held together beautifully so perhaps in chili as well. More smoked paprika and a touch extra salt and it could pass for vegan bacon bits. I think this has many possibilities and I'm eager to try them out. Thank you so much for sharing and all the work you put into this. I'm new to your channel and I've enjoyed every recipe. The thought and care that goes into each one is evident. Wow. I just made these and they really are delicious!! I didn’t have chickpea flour on hand so just ground a bit of oat flour from whole oats and swapped it 1:1. Easy peasy! I also caramelized the onions using only water &, other than the tiny bit I used in the pan to cook the patties, made them oil free. They’ve easily made the short list & I’ll definitely make them again!! Thank you so much!!

Wow. I just made these and they really are delicious!! I didn’t have chickpea flour on hand so just ground a bit of oat flour from whole oats and swapped it 1:1. Easy peasy! I also caramelized the onions using only water &, other than the tiny bit I used in the pan to cook the patties, made them oil free. They’ve easily made the short list & I’ll definitely make them again!! Thank you so much!!

I will definitely be trying this receipe. In the video you mentioned you can store them in the fridge for upto 4 days. Would you be able to freeze them using the same storage technique and then cook once defrosted.
I wouldn’t recommend freezing them, it may get soggy. Let me know how it goes :)
