I'm recovering from anorexia and exercise addiction, so I had a messed up relationship with sport, which is why I had to stop for a year. Recently, I've started working out again because it felt like my body needed to. However, I'm not allowed to do high intensity exercises. I was looking for some yoga or pilates workouts and then I've found yours. It's been two weeks since I practice with yours videos, not everyday because I've to be careful, but three or four days a week and it feels soooooo good. My body and my soul are currently thanking me for working out, but I'm thanking you for your videos. I love the way you talk with a calm voice and I really enjoy your workouts.
I love that you are not peddling garbage products at the start of the videos. You're so pure and authentic. With the goal of keeping everyone happy and moving.
Can we have more of 20 minutes or less yoga and pilates session. Best to fit in a days schedule. Full body are the perfect ones. Anyway whatever you upload, i am going to follow ❤️

Today I felt kinda lazy, not in the mood of doing any sort of physical exercise. And then I thought..let me do at least a quick one so I don’t feel guilty afterwards:)) basically this quick yoga workout made me to turn up on the mat and now I feel so much better.
