    I love how casually you are stretching your body. I went through a mental breakdown, an exsitential crisis, and a cramp within these 26 mins

      I appreciate this. It actually made me feel awful the amount I had to stop and breathe while it is apparently so effortless. Especially with the boat and flutter kicks :( feel sadder at the end than at the beginning

      @@nicanz1500 I know this was some months ago but don't feel bad that you had to pause! Take it at your own pace. It IS really hard and it takes a ton of practice and endurance to make it look as effortless as she does. Just trying this and doing your best is so good and you should be proud of yourself.

    I think this is one of your toughest workouts. That bow pose at the end burned me out, but also the eagle poses really challenged my balance. I def have to do this one again. Thanks for always keeping the movements interesting and intense.

    I always used to think a “good workout” had to leave me depleted and drenched in sweat. It was so good to move in the total opposite by slow and controlled subtle movements and I feel more energised than I started!! Thank you 🤍

    Love the cat above! I was doing good until the boat sequence...I had to take a break there. This is 25 mins that works you like 45! I'm loving these 25-35 min videos. Easy to fit in with no excuses!

    I love your workouts. I am mid 50s; always been active, but not very flexible. Last decade I have migrated to cycling for the biggest part of my workout. Before Covid I went to the gym to maintain a balance as cycling works mostly the lower body. Since Covid, we gave up the gym and I had become very unbalance. My spine doctor told me to do pilates as I was developing a neck disc problem. That is how I found you. I look forward to doing your workouts. I feel so stretched afterwards. I love your positive attitude and how effortless you make it appear, even when I have trouble maintaining balance :). Thanks so much. So far I have done all your beginners and am now doing your weekly exercises. It's really making a difference.

    I really underestimated how challenging Yoga actually is, but it feels so good honestly. I love how you can actually fell your body`s strength by the slow, intense movements.     I rarely comment on TH-cam, but your videos are really incredible. In quarantine my energy slowed down and I didn’t not enjoy high intensive workouts with quick and sharp movements, as I enjoyed them before. So finding your workouts that made me feel both feminine, strong and healed was like a gulp of fresh air. Thank you ❤️

    I much preferred this yogalates to the other one that you posted. This one had pilates really integrated in whereas with the first one I felt there was too much pilates at the end and I had to do an extra yoga to stretch it out. Fantastic! Thank you.

    I have had my eye on this video since it came out, but keep getting distracted by your other wonderful videos! I finally tried it today and wow - I worked! I did not realize that yoga could be so energizing. The final boat combo challenged me but I made it and feel amazing - lots of energy, heat and sense of accomplishment. Thank you!!! And I just realized that you had moved home - I hope you are settling into your new place and loving it. Love to Milo - he is adorable.     Love your workouts! I really felt the need to move my body today so this was perfect for that. Just wondering if you have any tips for how to make the position where you're lying on your side hurt less on your hip bone? I found it hard to complete the exercises because the position I was lying in hurt my hips xx

    Hi from LA! Your videos have kept me sane while our gyms are closed! I've done many of them and am experimenting to find ones that pair well together to create a complete 50-60 minute workout. Any suggestions on which ones you would do back-to-back?

    Loved this one very much. Yoga Pilates fusions are my favourite but often there isn’t enough stretching/ yoga poses. This one is amazing. Thank you 😊 I’d love a longer one for my days off....I’m sure You have one.

    I've been watching lots of exercise programs in youtube and I've been following you for a while.
    And I can say now you are the best !..My only request from you is that make your workouts a little bit longer. Maybe 35-40 minutes. Thanks :)
