    This was my first time trying an intermediate flow and wow it was awesome I didn't think I would be able to do it but I did. It was challenging but I think im ready for more challenging yoga flows. I think 20 mins was perfect for my first intermediate class.

    Loved this flow! My 3 year old son came into the room and said - wow mummy her house is beautiful!! And I agree!! Thank you for teaching me the rainbow warrior and for also have such a beautiful aesthetic !!! #plantpower

    This was intense. I had to look at my screen and see how many minutes I had left. There were 8 minutes left and I was dying. Very helpful though, I did it to help me lift my mood.

    I always thought I couldn't do power yoga but today I did it anyway. This was only my second power flow and my body handled it very well. I never knew my body is this strong. It was very intens for me so for now I'll stick to your "normal" vinyasa flows. However, I'm very proud that I didn't let my head get in the way. My head was saying I couldn't do it but I could. That's all I needed to know. Thank you.

    I think this is my fav flow ever for the moment! Here I also realised I'm gaining strenght in the arms, I'm capable of holding the chaturanga a few instants longer before finding upper facing dog :D Thank you for your flows Tana, you're awesome

    I love this flow (I normally do the longer ones). It was perfect for my day today. My only issue is that the audio volume is particularly low.

    I think this is my favorite Tana Yoga yet! Thank you! Love the variety and a little challenging but not too tough. Most times I really feel sore the next day but this one I feel like I could do every day :)
