    Thank you very much, Salimah, for this video. It's very helpful. I followed your video yesterday morning and amazingly, last night when I went to bed, around midnight I felt very strong waves of energy in my spine going upwards to the top of my head. It wasn't uncomfortable but quite powerful. What should I do when this happens? Thank you again. Blessings to you and the team😃

    today i finished 40 days of kundalini yoga! when i started, i wanted to bring in more ease, and i started to feel this quite quickly after beginning my kundalini journey. i feel there have been a lot of shifts, some of them small and still unnameable at this point, others more clear and distinct. overall, i feel more able to deal with struggles and move through difficult emotions without blocking them. i feel more love, joy, compassion, peace, wisdom, connection, confidence. thank you very much for putting out so much amazing, informative content. i particularly enjoy the pieces of knowledge you share during the practices.

    I was doing yoga on the daily. I would meditation all weekends away. I was so at peace even though I felt the hate in the world so strong then. I was aware. I moved and couldn't concentrate again for a few yrs. Now I'm back. It's been maybe a month back. I feel amazing. I honestly look forward to the level of awareness I had a few yrs ago.

    I wanted to add that I felt some intense emotions, especially around my heart. I'm noticing any mudras that include pulling apart, bring out the deepest hurts. I'm also being reminded of my physical limits and being more mindful and notice when I'm tensing up while holding the kriyas. 🙏🏾

      Things came full circle. Similar emotions but amplified, more intent in feeling them, less resistance. I had a few flashbacks to my childhood. Being less judgmental and less embarrassed about the hurts. Thank you pt. II 😅
