This a beautiful and powerful kriya.. i done this practice a couple of time but this one time..I didn’t get to share my experience but here it is .. As I 21:10 practiced this kriya in the middle of reciting God.. I can feel a presence but since I have my eyes closed I couldn’t see, until I open my eyes and I see a hawk rite in front of me on a light pole outside my indoor porch area where I practice. As I finished my practice it was just staring down rite at me. Flew off but left white feather all around the light pole all over the floor. 🤍 a message of you are divinely protected. Sat Nam.

All right, I finished 40 day-a practice of this krya. I must say although it was challenging first times when I was doing it, God part, over the time it gets easier to do and even enjoyable to do! As usual, my left part was "killing me" a week or so.... however, then I started noticing that even my left hand got stronger and I felt more confident using it. I just imagined my hands being lifted with wire and bound to something above my head, releasing my shoulders and waving in motion! It gets me into meditative state and just flows easier, last part, when we count to 9 (I just continued 9)... breathing in, holding and releasing - this one really puts me into peaceful state... I feel calm, tranquil. The other benefits: although I am unemployed currently... I still have some financial income coming in, from even unexpected places, plus some unexpected gifts and help. And, I keep my head above the negative. I was sometimes just asking for flow of peace and serenity and I continue with it through the day. Sometimes I would combine this krya with others, 20min ones to add more to this routine. I think I am going to do your head-heart balance krya. 40 day-a? :)

This a beautiful and powerful kriya.. i done this practice a couple of time but this one time..I didn’t get to share my experience but here it is .. As I 21:10 practiced this kriya in the middle of reciting God.. I can feel a presence but since I have my eyes closed I couldn’t see, until I open my eyes and I see a hawk rite in front of me on a light pole outside my indoor porch area where I practice. As I finished my practice it was just staring down rite at me. Flew off but left white feather all around the light pole all over the floor. 🤍 a message of you are divinely protected.

All right, I finished 40 day-a practice of this krya. I must say although it was challenging first times when I was doing it, God part, over the time it gets easier to do and even enjoyable to do! As usual, my left part was "killing me" a week or so.... however, then I started noticing that even my left hand got stronger and I felt more confident using it. I just imagined my hands being lifted with wire and bound to something above my head, releasing my shoulders and waving in motion! It gets me into meditative state and just flows easier, last part, when we count to 9 (I just continued 9)... breathing in, holding and releasing - this one really puts me into peaceful state... I feel calm, tranquil. The other benefits: although I am unemployed currently... I still have some financial income coming in, from even unexpected places, plus some unexpected gifts and help. And, I keep my head above the negative. I was sometimes just asking for flow of peace and serenity and I continue with it through the day. Sometimes I would combine this krya with others, 20min ones to add more to this routine. I think I am going to do your head-heart balance krya. 40 day-a? :)
