    Hello Mam,
    I've been following you consistently. I live in London and as part of the Routine checkups I've done cervical smear test for me and they said I've Cervical ectropion and that's why I've been bleeding for the past 3 months sometimes it's bleeding sometimes it's reddish brownish discharge that I can't live without a pantyliner or a pad. They said there is no treatment for this and we can only do laser surgery which is painful and not permanent.
    Please help me with this Mam

    I am bit confused, in lot of TH-cam videos and books I read, this posture was recommended for people with hypertension. Here instructor says it's bad for it.

      Namaste, breath normally. at the beginning, exhale when bending forward hold for 6 sec, coming up inhale

      Asana or pranayama (breathing exercises) practise should be done on empty stomach. It is essential to be mindful to practise 2 hrs after eating. Hope this helps
