    this is brilliant explanation from the very beginning to more advanced (in opposite order, in my opinion:))which is show how it must been and how to get it from the beginning. job invested with your heart. thanks a lot!

    Great info. I look forward to this practice as this is a difficult pose for me. I am also looking for a slow flow.

    Unfortunately, if the student wants do close his chest, he will. Elbows down or to the side, they close. It’s distressing to watch them sometimes.
