    Namaste mam🙏 Whenever I take a bath, I usually go for a hot water bath, but for a hair bath, I use cold water at last to rinse my hair and I always feel that after taking a shower I catch cold. I have observed that for the past few weeks my cold hasn't only coming when I shower, but also sometimes when I wake up in the morning. What is the solution to this?

      Namaste, Its best to avoid hot water and cold water if the cold water is causing you to catch a cold. Use luke warm water and keep yourself warm after takin g a bath by not immediately standing under the fan

With back pain and knee pain its advisable to be slow and seek guidance while doing any asanas. We would also recommend you to consult with a doctor who will guide you based on your health condition
