The videos are 👍🏼; still it's a bit contradictory to have an Institute Director/owner sitting in a chair and giving advice on exercises and Asanas. Walking the talk, helps...just sharing my opinion. Institute is a renowned place, just that the sitting videos don't inspire confidence for new people.

We should give importance to exercise just like we give importance to eating. We never skip our meals so why should we skip our exercise..
