    Hi Mam I am 20 years old I am suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis and have been on antibiotics for 2 years I am studying as a professional could you please upload a video for yoga? I have taken Ayurveda treatment has helped me a lot to reduce my inflammation and swelling but now I can't afford that due to financial issues. I have taken physiotherapy for 1 year now I can't continue that treatment due to financial issues. Could you please upload a video for the students who suffering from RA pls? From the age of 15, the word pain entered my life from there onwards started consulting several doctors and have taken different types of antibiotics At last at the age of 19 came to know the disease RA now I am under treatment of an RA specialist plss upload a video regarding this issue Mam it's a humble request due to financial issues can't able to take treatment.     Please inform which asanas are not to be done by persons having high bp. My yoga teacher said high bp people shouln not bend forwards.

      In the beginning do not exercise at a fast pace. Do it slowly. If bending forward causes anxiety / dizziness then avoid it. Do not exercise when your BP is too high. Deep breaths and medications will help in that phase.

Gentle exercise, such as walking, can help the healing process. Heavy lifting and strenuous activities should be avoided for about 4 to 6 weeks.

    Dear Madam please remember preacher should be follower first. Instead of a model doing the exercise I would rather appreciate if you yourself do these asanas and exercises. You dont need to use a model. I am 65 and practice all these asanas past 35 years. Though I have a balanced body shape yet flat stomach is pretty tough. Its very easy to preach. 😂

    Ma'am, can we do these all exercises directly or we have to follow some basic asanas before this or any kind of warm up ?
    Because I don't know much about yoga and exercise.
    I will be starting to inculcate this good habit of exercising in my routine.
