    I've been suffering with bursitis and tendinitis for over a year, on my right shoulder. I didn't take it seriously earlier and now I can't carry anything and mobility is very restricted. I can't move my arm to the back or raise it straight up and to the side. I went for physio but it didn't help, then got cortisone injection. That's no good either.
    Please advise

    Sir, I fell down on out stretch of my rt hand, got blunt injury at the tip of elbow and ant dislocation. After close reduction and sling for 4 wks I am doing ex as per your videos. Now my deltoid muscles has developed cord like fibers which stop me abduction. And also due to injury at origin of flexor dp I got numbness in hand and unable to hold any thing from fingers sply thumb and middle finger. Pl advise...

    Since so many years i facing a kot of pain in my neck, hand, elbow, wrist
    Orthos surgeon said elbow slit i have .
    I cont do any work like i cont lift the heavy things,
    I cont wash utensils.
    Incont sweep,
    Some. Tim es i am unable to eat food.
