    Thank you for making this video. I am suffering from shoulder pain and haven't slept from 5 days as i cannot lie down in any position, i sleep in sitting position only from 5 days.     Thank you so much for this video. I have been struggling at night to sleep for the last two months due to my frozen shoulder so much so that sometimes i would get up and sit on a chair whole night. Yesterday i saw this video and did whatever you suggested. First time in this whole time i could sleep without any pulling pressure or pain on shoulder. I am amazed and grateful to you.     Thank you so much for sharing such a useful video. Sitting here in America I was thinking whether to take a pillow or not but you answered the question in my mind like an angel. I just have a question whether the height of the pillow under the arm and under our head has to be same or it can vary.

    Really, it helped me last night. How many times, we should exercise and use ice pack. I was restless and could sleep last two night. I used additional pilow.

      Exercise twice a day with 5 repetitions each exercise , increase to 8 reps. Aftrr exercise apply icepack. In addition apply 2 times ice pack. It helped me in shoulder tear theraoy.
