I am a 53 year old woman, no sports since years. It was time to change everything - it works with 20 minutes every day only shoulder. After two month i got nice results. I made same exercises every day for two month, than two to four times a weak - without him knowing. I am fit. I go running too.
If u want faster and better results, do this routine twice, if you dont go to the gym u you should know it usually takes 1-2hrs and this is only 20 mins, and only "attacks" chest and shoulders once. Good grind.
Guys, it's worth it It should be noted that, before doing any of these exercises, first warm up, for example, do a series of 20 jumping jacks and 10 or 15 explosive squats, a good workout 🗿🍷

As a previous trainer give a suggest for you . Diet eat more healthy , keep on workout / aerobic exercise . Keep on sleeping 8 hour for recover your muscle . At the last , is the supplement to boost up more faster your metabolism , so you can lost weight more easier. If need any supplement suggest , can say "yes" on here
No amount of workout will save you, i learned that the hard way. I kept on eating foods thinking if i workout hard enough I'll be fine. Now i have high cholesterol, high uric acid and an injury. The biggest factor really is your diet. Workout will only help you mold your body into better shape. So to lose weight faster, eat less but healthy
