3/11/22 Hello, Today I completed 2 Months of 6 Pack Abs (Tabata). My Core is firmer and abs are forming. Thank You Louis, these 2 months of doing these exercises routine have taught me the following: Breathing, form, focus, stamina and complication.
The longer I progressed with these exercises I began to see definite purpose in continuing training my body, muscles and mind. Thanks again Louis and your team for your videos. I’m 75 years young, coming off a heart attack and feel energetic to continue.

Yeah same here. I skipped the 15 minute ab workout of Pamela for this but.. this didn't give me any burn. I do workout of Caroline Girvan for 1 hour nonstop, I guess that's why these exercises are now easy
