  • CHEST WORKOUT HOME ROUTINE | BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES | Rowan Row
    Hey guys, I am super excited to share with you this bodyweight quick and effective chest routine exercises that you can perform it at home or anywhere you go without any gym equipment at all. So No Equipment need it for this workout. This will give you chest growth and symmetry.
    Make sure you execute every movement correctly and DO NOT GIVE UP.

    Exercises:
    1. 3 x Diamond push up
    2. 3 x Lateral push up
    3. 3 x Prowler push up
    4. 3 x Archer push up
    5. 3 x Decline push ups
    6. 3 x Explosive negative push up
    BREAK TIME between the exercises it is 20sec and try to complete the whole circuit 3-4 rounds.

    Also, remember that many of these can be done from the knee position. Start easy, then work up to how he's doing it.

    Oh god, that took lot out of me, chest, shoulders and triceps are burning right now. ☺️ Great workout. Specially last one explosive negative pushups were ensane after all other types of pushups.

    Great vid as always mate, have now watched all your vids and started implementing 3 of them and alternating throughout the week . . . Allows me to concentrate more on my own business and provide strength, patience and reduced stress throughout the day. Exercise is also great for depression so get to it boys and girls !

    This is going into my routine, I usually do pyramids, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, with 20sec in between but rest means still in push up neutral position like planks but with arms extended), trust me it is extremely tough.

I don’t know that I’ll ever need to go back to the gym these are well-timed I like the little camera video of you in the top right hand corner showing the next exercise during the rest break. Also I like you’re doing the entire three sets all timed with the rest break this is fantastic

    I thought: "20 second rest after 6 reps... Easy". I know now: "40 seconds rest after 5 reps is more my level".

      I try to do this exercises in the hardest way possible (like clapping) and I'm 14. Stop complaining and do it.
