Te aconsejo que consultes con un experto en nutrición y dietética. Deberías ir poco a poco y marcarte objetivos reales y que puedas cumplir. Para empezar deberías empezar a mejorar tu dieta y comer lo más saludable posible, intentando eliminar los productos ultraprocesados (tales como pizzas, bollería industrial, productos altos en grasa y en azúcares añadidos,...), y empezar a moverte más: realiza la actividad que más te guste y, sobre todo, sé constante. Tan importante es la dieta como la actividad física. Ve poco a poco no quieras correr demasiado porque sino te frustrarás y lo acabarás dejando. Disfruta del proceso y sé paciente. Si eres constante todo llega. Te lo dice un ex-gordo.

Rich people travel more often than medium people who are not rich or poor but balance. With God anything it's possible I may one day be able to travel aboard. Hello, i ve recently started my gym journey toward a healthy strong body (and most importantly 6 packs i ain t gonna lie lol) and ve come to know ur channel through the 7min abs workout. I decided to write this comment right before i start this workout as well coach 🫡😄. I know for a fact... it ll burn a lot 😂😂 but fighting!!
Finiished... i was shaking by the 7min mark in the side planks BUT i finished it all! Had to stop for 1 or 2 sec in the legs movements but i like how i finished the last plank without any sneak breaks

I’ve actually been trying to exercice intensly at least once or twice a week and most importantly doing one of your workout videos almost everday at night (i skipped monday and tuesday cuz i noticed my muscles were way too sore and i needed to rest them). Funfact: I just finished this exercise video since it’s my favorite before i replied haha. I like how every video exercice feels intense, but not to the point u’d wake up with sore muscles affecting ur day. And i can feel some improvement as i exercice. For instance, in all leg movements, at first my legs couldn’t go as down as u do else my stomach muscles tense up way too much, but now i’m able to almost lower them to ur same level (it s still feels tense but a bit more bearable).. and i’ve been able to keep up (i only trembled at the seated leg raise exercice since my stomach muscles were already tired from me trying to lower my legs previously 😅 but i pulled through today!) Picking out one of your exercice challenges is a very nice fun routine i’ve been keeping up for 2 weeks now ever since i subbed 😄 (even if it’s almost midnight it feels weird to go sleep without an exercise hahaha) So ig because of your channel i picked up a very good habit 😂
