@15:20 there's a much easier, cleaner and better way to do this.
Arrange pieces of dry cloth that has been cut to fit the mould.
Paint mold with resin. Apply pieces of dry cloth. Dab with resin, using a paint rush, removing all air pockets.
And Harleys were meant to look at and not ride. Kawasaki‘s and other rice burners are beautiful bikes.

There is a company, I believe in California, that makes all sorts of motorcycle fairings. From stock to custom pieces like what Ian created. All sorts of cafe racer and street fighter. Not just universal fit either but model specific. I have not bought anything yet, so I can't speak of their quality. I am 90% ready to bite the bullet and purchase a full race body for my early Buell. From what I've seen of the prices, they are very reasonable. The full body for my Buell is just over a grand. The name of the company is "Air Tech"
I believe they are worth a look. If anyone knows of any similar manufacturer, could you let me know. Thanks.

That looks like a non-adjustable mag base and the backfire out the exhaust indicates retarded timing. Do thyself a favor and run a Joe Hunt adjustable base, they're cheap and solve the problem. The fixed bases cost power because the timing must be too far advanced for best starting while too retarded for best power in order to start. Your knee will thank you as will the rather delicate Sporty kicker ratchet.
The carb fire is a case of not knowing better and installing the air filter every time. Once the accel pump squirt is confirmed there's no need to look inside.
Full procedure since noobs will read this: ALWAYS secure the intake manifold (which you aligned to the heads when torquing them in place) then attach carb ( WITH CARB BRACE (on all Sportsters except Evos running the glorious Ram Jett solid intake, look for those stamped "S") then install your air filter (K&Ns last decades) which also acts as a flame arrestor.
Not here, but elsewhere there seems to be a revival of the deeply stoopid custom of not running air filters at all because much of the modern custom world just copies everything seen in the past whether it was wise or not. The xlforum (easily the best online Sportster resource) and its companion Sportsterpedia are worth visiting.

perfect travel bike have goldwing style but more than car can drive around world warm and comfortable not gould not wet and have radio,TV,heater,GPS,internet,big TV seat style can sitting 2 week drive and not need stop, maybe only toilet, eat, etc only haha, but mean have silent warm comfortable bike drive around world same sitting, no pain no gould, no wet, and full silent engine not hear run or not engine if stand near bike. cruiser have nice bike too and only city big bopper style surfing bike. i has drive around Finland and europe many different bike and race/cafe race bike has worst bike drive what ewer have, good have drive cruiser,goldwing, etc. bopper have good in city only short trip.
That guy kai who writes reviews seems like a stereotypical Harley fan boy, don't get me wrong I like Harleys and all kinds of bikes, old 2 strokes, cafe racers, choppers etc but he seems like the kind of guy to have matching Harley Davidson riding gear and is kinda lacking in the imagination department when it comes to custom bikes or just anything that is not stock or bolt on. Just my opinion
