Those cardio movements were perfectly timed inbetween the Chandra namaskar movements that I didn’t even realize how the time flew by.
I did this workout with shoes and small ankle weights and it got tough at the end.

Done with you but just skipped the “jump and twist” cause I m on my “those days”😁..it was really outstanding…my daughter will turn on 3years on 14th September,she used do yoga with me in her kiddos version 😀😀 I’m very sure you’ll be her yoga partner too like mine..❤️❤️❤️
