    Rashmi, I have been doing yoga with your videos for a while now and never took a minute to say thank you! You are great and you have been part of my day, almost every day, for a while now. I wasn't doing any workout before but a colleague/friend of mine sent me a link for the old five week work out program you had and I could easily connect with you and it was a good and beautiful change in my everyday life. After that I did the 5 day workout and now I am doing random ones that pops up pretty much :) Thank you! Thank you!

    I was afraid I wouldnt be able to complete this 30 min workout , but I did manage to finish it and now I just have to do something about this swimming pool of sweat 😅!

      I did this workout too but not get rid of this problem.....is it ok to do yoga in the morning if motion is not clear

      If you are constipated and do yoga asanas it's not like suddenly things will clear out. You also need to eat fibrous foods and foods that are easily digested and avoid grains and meat so your digestion is clear.

    I did this today . Some of it I couldn't do. Like jumping forward and back to the plank position and thd duck walk. Felt pain in my knees

      If you end up doing this again then during the duck walks just hold a squat position. A wide legged high squat. Don't sit down too low if your knees hurt.

    Hi Rashmi, a prominent yoga teacher has a view that at max 8-10 rounds of Surya namaskar should be practiced daily since it activates Surya nadi. However a lot of people use Surya namaskar as a cardio. What are your views?

      To each his own. Different people have different goals in mind during their practice. Some do it to reach a higher state of consciousness, some do it to stay fit, some do it to de-stress. So whatever the aim is, the practice should be done accordingly. There is absolutely no harm in using the Surya namsakars as a cardio workout. And there is nothing wrong with doing them slowly with just 6 to 8 repetitions. It depends on the practitioner and what they want out of it.

      Please check with your doctor. It depends on how severe your covid symptoms were. If you feel fine and well enough then you can go ahead but only after checking with your doctor.
