Yes I enjoyed this workout. It had popped up after I did your Morning Yoga fix and I decided to add on this total body workout. Both were great to realign the body which was kind of sore after travelling around and missed my 2 days morning un salutation. The speed was good to get the “sleeping” body moving. Thank you
Followed this routine and was happy to workout alongside while watching video.. thank you for sharing it. I had completely forgotten how we used to moon salutation..this was helpful 🙌
Absolutely loved the session! Thank you❤!! Small feedback : both the music and background noise at the same time is little distracting at times. One of them would be a good backdrop to the workout instead of both! But again no complaints- just huge appreciation for all this work

Hello! There are lots of beginner, intermediate and advanced workouts on my channel. Apart from that I am also uploading daily playlists in order of what you can follow to workout everyday for a little over an hour. There are regular uploads on my channel every week. You should be feeling spoilt for choice! :) Try the one hour long videos.
bhramari pranayama, is best for it.. you can do it as Om chanting too.. 3-5 counts are good enough.. overtime you'll be able to breathe longer to provide relief from scalp psoriasis
