    good workout, interesting moves that kept me from getting bored. I like the chill music in the background. I'm so over workout videos on youtube that have loud distracting music and overly enthusiastic teachers. So I really appreciated this

    This was the best.. i cant believe that these exercises look so simple but are so difficult and satisfying to do. Great that i discovered this. I have been religiously following your 20 surya namaskars video since last month and now stumbled upon this.. glad.. mixing both now.

    Dang! I knew this would be a challenge for me but I made it thru to completion. Due to limited space I had to adjust a few exercises and some I was struggling a bit. Piriformis needed this. Surgically repaired back held up nice. Wil do this again in two days.

    My glutes are on 🔥 in spite of letting my leg take a break as you explain the next exercise. Next time I do this exercise I will also try to keep the leg in the raised position in between each variation like you do.

    I can just do these! Anymore sitting around and I will become a blob! Thank you! I will do these everyday - I use to have muscle in my calves - now they droop! lol. So I am get my butt into gear and do these daily. Super good!

    Hi mam...will this be effective for lowering belly fat??? Actually I m skinny..but my lower body is heavier....I have lighter upper body...so pls can u suggest me best exercise for making my body stable and bring my both upper and lower body in perfect shape...even I have skinny arms but my legs are heavy
