Your video has changed my world and got me back into exercise! I've been doing this daily for 5 weeks and what a difference!!!🎉I hadn't exercised or stretched properly for almost 5 years since having a brain op. I'm menopausal too and had got into a lazy rut. I'm slowly building up to your other workouts. I love the no talk format on this one as it allows me to just do my thing and listen to the relaxing music at the start and end of my day. With additional changes to my diet, I've lost 9 lbs in 5 weeks and my body already feels stronger and is thanking me! My wrists were so weak and I could barely do some of the moves when I started but my mobilty is already improving. Thank you so much for this. ❤

This is body ache quick fix. My friend who never stretches or exercises and always has body aches asked me the other day how to ease her pain, I just told her to do your stretch videos. Anyway, she didn’t believe me and went for a massage. What can I say 😮 Please Maddie make more stretch videos. The world need these ❤

I love to do this stretch on my achy rest days. Please can you make these videos with a 10 second pause between stretches so we have time to transition to the next stretch. I don’t want to miss a second of these wonderful stretches.
I liked the movements in this one, but it was a little hard to follow along without any talking. I found myself craning my neck in the middle of the stretches to make sure I was keeping up. Always appreciate stretch videos though!
