I don't usually stretch early in the morning because BREAKFAST BEFORE EVERYTHING ... but 5 minutes can be fine, we'll see
Breakfast before everything is a myth. It actually can be an energy drag on your system. There is lots of research about “breaking your fast”. Check out Dr. Amy Lee.
Amen sister/brother, I relate xD, I can do stretching before breakfast in the morning, but there is a number of things I don't personally like to do UNTIL I eat mah breakfast.😂

I love the 5 minute videos for specific body areas and the 5 minute warm up vid I saved. I also really love full body stretches that are 5 minutes and I love the 15 minute full body, cardio, and dance videos. ❤❤❤❤ They don't feel so stressful and very beginner friendly.

this is such a great stretching routine. I was a dancer for a long time but find it so hard to find a good stretch video to follow. This was so good and lots of stretches you don't see every day.

I've been doing this stretch in the morning for 6 months now. I recommend it, I like the 15 minute one better, but I haven't got time, so this one's perfect!
I don't have a mat, so I do it on a carpet and because I've been doing this for a long time, after a week, I just listen, not watch.
But overall I recommend it!

I found the ones at 3 minutes till 4:32 verry chalanging. I just don't have the balance and strength to do it like that for now. But I tried and made everything in my body crack ahahah, so with practise, i think this will get better!! thank you for this quick nice stretch!
