    Have been doing this for two weeks now every morning and i havent felt stiff in my hips since. No more pain the next day after workouts either. This stretch has made such a huge difference and makes me look forward to waking up. Thank you Maddie !❤

    This video is a game-changer. I am not a morning person and never thought I'd be able to motivate myself to do anything like this in the AM. But with THIS, I have no excuses and I actually enjoy it. The music isn't too loud, your voice is soothing, and I do feel better. Thank you so much

    I haven’t worked out for a while and it’s hard to go back physically and mentally. Thank you for this workout video that is useful and quick. It’s very encouraging that I can accomplish one workout today!

    I don't usually stretch early in the morning because BREAKFAST BEFORE EVERYTHING ... but 5 minutes can be fine, we'll see

      Breakfast before everything is a myth. It actually can be an energy drag on your system. There is lots of research about “breaking your fast”. Check out Dr. Amy Lee.

      Amen sister/brother, I relate xD, I can do stretching before breakfast in the morning, but there is a number of things I don't personally like to do UNTIL I eat mah breakfast.😂

    I've been doing this stretch in the morning for 6 months now. I recommend it, I like the 15 minute one better, but I haven't got time, so this one's perfect!
    I don't have a mat, so I do it on a carpet and because I've been doing this for a long time, after a week, I just listen, not watch.
    But overall I recommend it!

    omg this is PERFECT - I never have time to workout in the morning, but this is completely doable and will make me feel so much better about myself and my morning routine :)

    I had planned on a more intensive exercise today but the whole day so felt crummy and exhausted so I did this instead. I’m proud that I kept up with my exercise despite how I felt and I do feel a bit less crummy 🎉

    I love the 5 minute videos for specific body areas and the 5 minute warm up vid I saved. I also really love full body stretches that are 5 minutes and I love the 15 minute full body, cardio, and dance videos. ❤❤❤❤ They don't feel so stressful and very beginner friendly.

    I’ve tried a lot of morning stretches but all of them are either to high energy or too relaxing this one is perfect I do this every morning when I get out of bed and it’s great

    this is such a great stretching routine. I was a dancer for a long time but find it so hard to find a good stretch video to follow. This was so good and lots of stretches you don't see every day.

    I found the ones at 3 minutes till 4:32 verry chalanging. I just don't have the balance and strength to do it like that for now. But I tried and made everything in my body crack ahahah, so with practise, i think this will get better!! thank you for this quick nice stretch!

    Is it possible to divide the workout in the morning from 10:00 core/abs workaut 15 minutes and in the evening to do a workout full body for 40 minutes? Will these workouts have any effect?
