      This style is nice for those kind of days, but I'm used to your voice to follow along especially when I'm not looking at the screen. This did feel more relaxing.

    ey you. Yes, you. You're probably scrolling through the comments, like I am, reading all these motivational comments. If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, I'm gonna wake up tomorrow morning, get hit the gym, and cherish life for the amazing blessing that it is. I hope you do the same and have an amazing day as well!

      That’s such a good idea! I did this stretch video before a 2 and a half hour jog and I fell and ate shi* lol 😂 that’s why I’m glad I did it.

    I don't know if you'll ever see this. But I've been doing your workouts for a few months now. And sometimes my anxiety is getting so huge that I just start exercising. That helps me a lot. And your workouts are like working out with a good friend who is able to calm me down 😊 I hope that doesn't sound weird lol 🙈 but THANK YOU ❤️

    Day 4 done! Honestly needed this after yesterdays leg day and I drank too much last night with my husband and am definitely feeling the effects😂 so this was wonderful ❤️ proud of myself for doing this and I’m excited to tackle next week!

    Day 4 of the December challenge done✅
    I love stretching. I am an ex professional ballet student, and stretching was always my strong side,and I gotta say, this routine was great, and very relaxing. I want to stretch everyday, because I do not want to lose my flexibility, so this will be one of my favorite routine, that is simple, for a tougher day.

    I find it hard to stay in the moment with the stretch not knowing what’s coming up and having to look over at my screen. But I do love minimal talking and keeping it mostly silent! I also think 25 minutes is the perfect amount of time to stretch, feels long but my mind didn’t begin to wander. Thank you Maddie!!

    I personally loved the no talking! It was so peaceful, and the bell ringing gave me enough time to look back at the screen. I also knew I could relax in my stretch instead of being glued to the screen since I knew you weren't going to do a lot of movement in each cue. My new favorite yoga video!

    2022 December Workout Challenge, Day 3 (er, 4): Complete ✅
    I did the plan a bit out of order, as I REALLY needed a good stretch today (I was stressed), and my lower body was a bit too sore for the previously scheduled day 3 leg workout. I'll try and hit the Day 3 lower body workout soon. (I also started the whole challenge a day early). Anyway! I've done this stretch a lot before, it's one of my particular favorites, so I was happy to see it on the program 🙂 I'm adding a bonus challenge for myself this month, which is that I'm making it my endeavor to say something positive about myself each time I finish a day in the challenge. If anyone will join me, drop your Day 4 compliments down below 👇🏻
    I used to be pretty strict with schedules, even when they did me more harm than good. So today, I'm happy that I've become a more flexible person and am willing to tweak the December challenge as I need to for the benefit of my personal wellbeing 👏🏻 I can't wait to continue the program!

    This and your other stretching videos are my favorite. I have lower back pain on my right side and my back just gets really stiff. I have found I need to stretch regularly for my back not to hurt. Out of the other videos I have found on Utube, I enjoy yours the most. This video and your others have the best stretches, look, relaxation, feel, everything. I love your 20+ minute stretch videos. This one with relaxing music and no talking just the beeps for position changes it wonderful, and I also love the talking ones so I don’t have to look up to see what the next stretch is.

    MadFit has amazing content, but I have to say, this is my very favorite video. (And I say this as a person who is not generally fond of stretching or yoga or similar because I get sort of bored, even though I know it’s good for me.) But this is a video I’ve come back to again and again, and every time it’s like this beautiful, magical, restorative gift. I’ve done other stretch videos, but none feel as good as this one, and I also adore the calming music and appreciate that there’s no talking. It’s just so wonderful and I wanted to take the time to say thank you for it. 😊❤

    I really enjoyed the no talking aspect of this video. Not that I don't LOVE your instruction (& you don't typically overly talk in your other videos, it's an appropriate amount), but this was great and very peaceful. I agree with someone in a previous comment that I don't love the "mumbo jumbo excessive talking" found in yoga - it's a reason I stopped doing it and it actually stressed me out more with all their metaphors. I do like stretching though and this was great. Good content stretch-wise as well!

    Personally I prefer spoken videos, especially for stretching as I tend to close my eyes more or less the whole time so with instructions I don’t have to look at the screen. I’d much prefer to hear a voice than beeping. Appreciate all of your videos, they’ve made a real difference in my life the last 18months! Maybe this one isn’t for me, but I love your other stretching videos 🤍

    At first, this work out was challenging not hearing your guiding voice but after about 5mins in I appreciated just hearing the music. I missed a few transitions but happy to begin my Friday with this stretch! Thank you.

    I love "no talk" yoga session like this. They're a great way to engage a yoga routine for those who need no instruction. They're also a great way to transcend a language barrier... I love Mady Morrison's "only music" routines for this (she's out of Germany). Thank you for making such a beautiful routine... great music. I hope you'll do more of these.

    I love this stretch! It’s my go to cause I enjoy the no talking and the music! More of these please! The only con is the beeping when a segment is ending is louder than a video with talking? Still love though and would recommend!

    This is great! While I personally prefer videos that lead you through (because I'm a novice and it helps me to keep my eyes off the screen), I completely understand and like this video. This was a very easy to follow routine that you did an excellent job pacing and keeping it simple enough for someone like me to be able to follow with no words! Love it Maddie!     As a Catholic Christian , I don’t do yoga, not judging anyone who does, so it’s so nice to find stretches that are just stretches and not yoga related. I would love more !!!

    I promised myself not to do the no talking workouts again cuz I get literally lost and without Maddie's guiding voice. I forget to breathe, move my neck in a way I shouldn't to see/read what's next, feel anxious, and I don't perform as well 😩 but here we are on day 4 of the December 2022 calendar challenge.

    I am burnt out and the only exercices I tolerate are streching and max 20 minutes walks. This was perfect, thank you

    I’m so glad I did this before I went for a hike on the hiking trail. So as I was jogging back I saw a tree branch in the ground jumped over it so I wouldn’t trip and somehow I ended up tripping on another tree branch in the ground lmao I fell face first and skidded my knees 😂 and thought one of my knees was broken but I got back up and was like “I’m fine” and jogged the rest of the trail. The funny thing is that I was literally like two seconds from ending on the trail 😂. Before even getting on the trail I saw a black cat and it crossed my path. I’m seriously not superstitious usually so I don’t know if it was the black cat or hidden tree branch. Anyways if I wasn’t doing your videos practically every day I would be in the hospital right now. Knee kind of hurts but I know your stretching videos help so much. Please keep me in your thoughts everyone I hope I didn’t damage my knee it just hurts a little bit and I might ice it later

    This was such a beauuutiful stretch and relaxation to the body. Thank you. These kinds of videos are bit different to what you usually do but honestly so perfect and i think these kinds of videos balance your other intense work out vids (obsessed).

    THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU BLESSINGS.... This felt soooooo good. Just what is needed. Oh my gosh. From a broken leg & knee with very restricting knee scar tissue. Am unable to bend it very far, & leg extensions cause bone compression. To ease away the contracting scar tissue with good strongly gentle bending, twisting, has got to help. Seems the contracting tissue is whats pulling & displacing. This stretch class added such a good alternative, really got me to strength-stretch, opening up releases. Wow! my whole body is seeking rest, not tired, but able to feel better rest.
    This session will be repeated several times a day. Weird, despite doing yoga asanas, this session really did something more. Have found you recently & done some of your other movements to my best. This session added a well-needed combination, opening blocks. You've done me such a favor.
    The beep sounds are such a good idea for quiet. Your voice instruction is also good, so this was a nice effort.

    I really enjoyed this!!! I like the music and the timer beeps helped. I think though if you add your soft voice when you change to the next move. … like what you write near the timer, nothing laborious. I just kept having to look at the screen. But overall loved it. Perfect for Sunday when I have more time and need that long stretch session.
