I'm a 71 year old guy who started with HIIT back in February. My body has changed like I couldn't believe, having used traditional power lifting techniques I learned 40 years ago up to that point. This routine in particular helps alleviate a lot of my upper back pain. I use lots of your videos, particularly your full body routines. Keep up the excellent work. You totally deserve your 7.46 million subscribers!
@@bippy201 I am sure that the appeal is mostly to women, particularly in her targeted demographic. However, not only am I 71 to, but I’m only 5’4” and 133 lbs. this makes me closer in stature to an average woman than man. I can’t do a lot of the exercises that a guy who’s 6’3” and 200 lbs can do. So at least in my case, these videos work really well for me.
@@alcasioThat makes sense! I hope your fitness journey is going well. I had a professor say “If you don’t use it, you lose it”. I’m reference to old age doesn’t make people sore and stiff, but that we just don’t move/use our bodies as much as we get older, therefore our muscles get weaker and bones lose density. But it’s never too late to change habits!
I’m 45 and have wrecked my body from bad lifestyle choices and laziness. She’s made exercise enjoyable, I look forward to her videos daily. nothing boring like the gym or traditional reps and counting. I do a few of her vids daily
This is very boring and i do not like it. Can you make the pauses more short. Furthermore, you literally said there that this video has minimal talking but you spoke so much during this whole video. You do not deserve your subscribers and your videos need much more improvement. 😢
I took a yoga class in person at my college last semester and it was amazing. I nearly cried on the last day because I loved going to the class every week and getting to know the people in it. I want to join a yoga studio so it doesn’t have to come to an end again lol. I’d recommend looking into it too! Or try restorative yoga videos on here, that style is amazing for the mind and body!
I'm beyond grateful I discovered this channel three years ago. This woman is just incredible. I LOVE her workouts, her dance parties and these stretch routines. I'm not exaggerating when I say they have changed my life. Because of them I've become really fit & so flexible I'm even able to do the splits. Also, I've learned how to eat intuitively without having to restrict certain foods which was a milestone for me as I had been struggling with under-eating and over-exercising since I was 13. Maddie is such a healthy influence in this whole fitness industry. Can't even put into words how thankful I am for her.
I'm a marathon runner and I used to be very stiff and suffer some pain after intense workout or running. I love all your calm yoga and stretch videos. Not just for flexibility, it helps so much for my mental health. These kinda videos are like meditation to me. Thank you so much!
Are you kidding me? I've just opened YT to look for stress relief stretching and here are you with a new one!!! :D Thanks Maddie, love you to the Moon and back
I'm older, and I wake up earlier than ever now, and I do your morning routines. I pull the curtains open while the sun rises. It's a a beautiful way to begin my day -- waking up my body and mind as I wake up to the day. Thank you.
i loved this style so much. Every time I finish this video, I feel super relaxed and I want to keep stretching. I would LOVE to see more videos like this.
I have to tell you Maddie, I have carpel tunnel in my right arm and arthritis in my right shoulder and rods in my back…. But every workout, every yoga stretch, every little detail you put into these videos has helped me have mobility and less tension on my back, neck, shoulder and arm. Thank you for these videos! 🫶🏼
I love the stretch videos! I’m a medical kid who was never allowed to do gym or athletics. So I’m not flexible at all now as an adult. I’m working on fixing the issues being treated like a risk has done to my body.
I didn't really appreciate stretch&yoga workouts before. Actually I used to mostly choose untense full body workouts from different youtubers and would do some short stretches later. But some things led me to understand how important it is to let yourself relax and rest more and do proper full-length concentrated stretching exercises. And I am so grateful for Maddie's channel and everything that it provides including these stretch&yoga stress relief videos
I just did a first workout with you and I’m telling you I burst into tears I don’t like working out it hurts and it’s traumatic for me to feel pain but this motivated me I feel amazing I bawled my eyes out through the entire thing but I feel incredible and it was just the right amount of impact I needed you made me feel safe and I loved your instructions they were so peaceful thank you thank you thank you Maddie 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🥰🥰🥰
Thank you for a great set of stretch and yoga routines. I’ve been doing 1-3 of the 10-20min videos at least 5 days a week for the last year or so. It’s my 5am routine before work!
2022 December Workout Challenge, Day 18: Complete ✅ (a day early) This felt wonderful 😍 I may have to do it again tomorrow. And I really enjoy the minimal talking format, it makes me relax into the routine a lot more and feel clearer headed. Thank you, Madfit. I'm giving myself a little positive self talk for each day I complete in this challenge, to work on my emotional needs along with my physical. Please join me! 🙏🏻 Drop yours down below 👇🏻 After taking the time to quiet things down and breathe, I noticed something. I'm a pretty nice person to have around in the quiet moments of life. I have a vast store of beauty within me just waiting to reveal itself, and it's inspiring. I don't think I realize how much I can inspire myself. ☺️
I just found your channel while looking for low intensity alternatives to be able to get my body relaxed when I have a flare up or moving when I finally find the energy, and I couldn’t thank you enough. thank you thank you thank you. for having such an easy to follow video with free access and no ads cutting midway. your content is incredible and maybe one day when I’ve worked up to being able to actually workout, I can join the app for more intense workout plans. - an incredibly grateful gal who’s always felt left out of the crossfit gyms and power yoga
Just did this stretch routine in my hotel room after a 6 hour flight. I feel my body has been reset in the best possible way. Actually I love all your stretch videos and really appreciate the varying lengths. I can fit something into my day however busy it is. I am 67 and have exercised regularly my entire life. I fractured my leg in Dec. but am fully functional now after three months of PT. Incorporating your stretches into my daily exercise routine helps with mobility before and after more rigorous activity. Thank you!
working out & stretching my body with your videos have been doing so good to my mental and phisical health, Maddie. It's a moment for myself, when I can relax and I don't have to think about anything else. thank you thank you thank you
I'm half way through my crazy life and now having to focus more on my physical health. Discovering you is great because whatever my head space you have a workout that suits. Today after my run I wanted to thank my body for working hard so I found you stretch routine restorative and just perfect. It's part the routine but mostly your presence and expertise. Thank you.
Perfect timing ❤ thank you Maddie for making these slow phase stretch videos as well, it can be a great reminder to remember to slow down once in a while 💖
I had developed regular headaches which mostly struck during the night and ruined my ability to sleep, which means your life can't really be all that good anymore. After years of various treatments I began to believe it stemmed from uneven muscle tightening possibly related to past injuries. PT gave me neck specific stretches but I began to wonder whether the problem was bigger than just where it hurt most and I started doing the MadFit stretch videos like this one before bed. I can literally say my quality of life has been restored to what it hadn't been for years - without drugs. Thank you is not enough, but Thank You.
I really enjoy these minimal talking stretch videos! They are my favorite out of your stretch videos. I like them because you are giving verbal directions so I can close my eyes during the whole stretch and be completely relaxed.
Awesome! Such a stress relief and not hard to follow. I'm 46 so I'm not as flexible as I used to be so this helps my muscle tension so much! Thank you!
This routine truly hit the spot today. I especially like the slow transitions from pose to pose. I am older and trying to move too quickly tends to cause injury. I know a lot of people like to jump around but with age I can't do that anymore. Thank you ever so much.
I've come back to this same video a few times now, after a few leg injuries over the years I've struggled with regaining mobility and your account has helped me ease back into fitness at my own pace so thank you 🥰
Thank you Maddie for keeping up the constant great and inspiring work. As I see, you are changing lives for many, and giving so much energy to this community with your love and enthusiastic attitude. Now I noticed your left ring finger (and I see it also in the Taylor Swift dance video as well), and I would like to wish you both the very best! You deserve it for sure. 😇
I come back to this every morning and evening. It’s perfect after a morning workout and also after a long work day. Eternally grateful for your channel ❤️
great video for someone coming back into the work out world. I'm very tight from years of running and now that I am older, I see the value in stretching. The instructor has a great body and her approach is friendly and wholesome.
Thank you so much for highlighting that your video has minimal talking. This is one of my biggest pet peeves. Also when the music does not match the activity. You are one of my favorites!!
This is such a fantastic video Maddi(son). I didn't know the human body (and mine, to be honest) was capable of these types of physical configurations. I can only imagine the amount of discipline and dedication required for you to perform on this level, and to do it so effortlessly and joyfully; you are a gift to humanity, thank you
Thanks so much, Maddie. ❤ I think your success is in a huge part due to the fact that you know how to give super clear and concise instructions. I couldn't stand other fitness/yoga teachers on TH-cam cos most of them don't ever shut up, that's so annoying.
I’ve being doing house work all doing and cooking, I just set some time aside to do some stretches and your video popped up, it was obviously meant to be. Thank you so much Maddy, keep up the good work, videos and blogs are amazing 🥰💗xxx
I love this. It is the perfect amount of instruction. I tried your one stretch routine where there was no talking and didn't like it as much because I had to keep looking at the screen; but that's just me. I really love the music you used for this one, too! If other people agree, I would like to see a 35 minute stretch/mobility routine from you!
It was amazing class! I like that there is less talking and just quiet relaxing music. Helps a lot to release stress and calm down after workout. Thanks a lot!
Thank you so much, this was brilliant. The deep breaths at the end really rounded it off. I have been struggling with my neck/nerves as of late so would appreciate some more stretches for them!
Maddie, thank you so so much! I used to be practicing yoga and stretching almost 3 years ago and today i decided to give myself a new fresh start to heal my bogy, mind and soul And i can't thank you enough for this session and for all your work you're doing on this channel❤ It was so calming and helpful to my mind to calm down! Appreciate your bright message and contribution to the life of every person!
I loved this. the no timing on the screen made it more focused on our bodies rather than how much there is left. But the part of the lunges...oh it felt like a workout 😭I even accidentally stood up while raising my right hand up
This is my first visit to this full body stretch. I've been doing your other one but I think I'll mix and match both as I feel as though I'm really benefitting from these. This is my New Year's Resolution!
Love everything Madfit from your puppy, to hit, pilates, yoga, and now found stretching. Guess what? My knees don't hurt as much! Happy Valentine's Day.
Felt very blissful after this, super good for after my 12hr one my feet work shifts! I adore stretching and I like when the videos are a good slow pace and not speeding thru them so this one was wonderful. Thankyou x
I'm 5 months post hysterectomy surgery and wanted to start light exercise plus I have varicose veins issues so I started with your 12 mins stretch then your 15 mins, yesterday I was going over a hill that is usually challenging to go over, and I went over with ease, there was no burning in my hamstrings and I was not out of breath and I no longer felt like I was passing out. I cannot fold my legs and lay flat forward but I bend to the extent I can go and I'm feeling better each day. Thank you
You are amazing! You appeal to several levels of fitness and have perfect form to help us along the way. My wife and I recommend you all the time. Keep it up! The 20 min vids are perfect. Long enough to get a good workout in and short enough to double up if we’re feeling ambitious. Thank you!
Absolutely LOVED this stretch Maddie, I really needed something low-paced today. I would really like to see more of this style of video but also some combination of this + light slow movement (similar to the PMS workout but maybe with a little more exercise?) Really loved this!! Thank you so so much
I thought I liked other stretches I have done before but this was AMAZING. It challenged me where I needed to be challenged but was also so smooth and relaxing. Thank you so much love.
New favorite stretch! I really missed doing yoga but I have had a difficult time getting back into it because I do not have free gym access anymore and cannot force myself to do a whole hour or even 45 minutes with no peer pressure, this was perfect!
Needed this so much. After a massive change in life & my routine (normally work out every weekday morning) this is the first time I've been able to do anything for a week so starting the week right on a Monday 😊 tomorrow will be a little more intense 😂
Because of the 3 years of distance learning, my back and neck in a very bad condition. I prefer doing your stretching exercises after my lessons, and it's very-very helpful for my body and very relaxing for my brain
Another wonderful video , have to remember these stretching work outs .. as well as your awesome excellent and effective full body work outs. Last time work out videos no weights and had any effect for aside from the gym. Was Billy Blanks work out VHS & CD. Extremely thankful and grateful to your efforts you put into to your videos. Have brought me back into world can and will on regarding working out. Thanks Again!
Thanks Maddie! I've been following you for awhile now. Love this stretch, would have liked to have had some shoulder/arm stretches as well, but this is a really nice one and I'll come back to it!
This is a fantastic set of exercises, guided slowly with nice music in the background. It is my daily morning routine that helps to start a day in good mood and feel great.
After suffering with a tension headache all night and feeling like I'm getting sick I felt guilty for not moving My vody much today. I feel like this stretch was the perfect thing for my tired body today. Giving it some love and keeping it moving on a day of resting. Might even do stretch and tone workout after this even if I can't complete the whole thing.
Thank you Maddie for this i really love these type of fully body stretch routines they fit well in my schedule. I am a really stiff person and I'm on and off workouts at most of the time so i really need to catch up with myself
Wow. That felt reaaaaaly good! Haven't After done any of your stretches for more than a year because of pregancy. Ive been doing post pregnancy exercises instead but your exercises are definitely way much better. I feel much much better after a loong time. Thank you!
I’m in love with this channel. 😍😍😍 THANK YOU SO MUCH for this fantastic work. Thanks to that people around the world can keep themselves fit and healthy ❤

I love to mix the stretching videos into my week along with the workout videos. Thank you for doing a mix of both!
This routine truly hit the spot today. I especially like the slow transitions from pose to pose. I am older and trying to move too quickly tends to cause injury. I know a lot of people like to jump around but with age I can't do that anymore. Thank you ever so much.
II've lost count of how many times I've done this stretch! My favorite so far! Thanks for the amazing work, Maddie!!
I've come back to this same video a few times now, after a few leg injuries over the years I've struggled with regaining mobility and your account has helped me ease back into fitness at my own pace so thank you 🥰
I love these shorter vids! Thank you!! I’m about to take the bar exam in a few days and your vids have really helped me just unwind and center myself.
I’ve been dealing with pretty severe lower back pain constantly for a month now. This stretch video hit every spot that needed released. Thank you! ❤

What a great stretch after a long day of being seated behind a desk. Perfect for winding down the day into a peaceful evening.
Thank you so much, this was brilliant. The deep breaths at the end really rounded it off. I have been struggling with my neck/nerves as of late so would appreciate some more stretches for them!

I love these no talking/minimal talking versions! Thank you.
