I add this to my 30 minute workouts with madfit and 15 minutes makes a difference! I started exercising with 10 minutes a day 4 years ago (my own exercises), went to 20-30 minutes in the last 3 years and just recently went to 45 minutes to an hour. I am starting to have results like never before since I started following madfit and am 57 years old. I can't do everything she does in all the videos but I do the moves as well as I can. Have been getting better at my balance.
Since the first quarantine two years ago you became the reason I started exercising! It's the first time in my life that I enjoy moving my body and I miss it when I don't get the chance for a few days! Thank you so much!
Quarantines have done so much damage its nice that people were able to find relief in these exercise programs...i know a few people who went the opposite direction

Just did this one for the first time. As a postpartum woman struggling with chronic pain, I can say this workout did not cause ANY of the typical hip and knee pain I experience often with core workouts. I feel great! Can't wait to do it again this week!
Clarifying that it's on the floor means so much!! Sometimes standing is really difficult because it makes me light-headed, but I still want to work out and finding the right video is hard, so thank you
Day 1-3: I have been doing this routine combined with 12 rounds of surya namaskar for cardio for 3 days. Will try to be consistent with this routine for the next few weeks because this seems doable for me as compared to squats and lunges. Thank you for this video! :) Day 4: Done! One leg glute bridges are very difficult for me and my arms are very weak but I still completed the workout. Day 5: ❌Was out the whole day, skipped workout, felt guilty. Day 6: Did an intense cardio before this routine to make up for the previous day. I got so exhausted halfway through this and felt very frustrated because I have zero arm strength. Did normal glute bridges instead of one-legged ones and somehow completed the workout.😭 Day 7: I found a variation of single legged glute bridges that works for me and the routine was slightly easier to get through today. Day 8: Done! Day 9: My back was hurting so gave it a little rest and focused more on the upper body and arms today. Day 10: Done along with warmup and a cool down yoga flow. Day 11: 8 min Warmup + this + 12 min cool down yoga! . It's getting easier now. Day 12: 6 min Warmup + 15 min dance cardio + this + 12 min cool down yoga! Day 13: 6 min warmup + 15 min dance cardio + this+ 100 crunches + 5 min stretching! Except the one-legged glute bridges, all the other exercises have become quite doable for me noww. :)
This is the first workout I’ve found that I have the motivation to do regularly. It’s the only workout I’ve been able to successfully do for a full 5 days in a row! I still feel like I’m getting in a really good workout too without needing to get off the ground! I work on my feet all day so the ground workouts are the best!
I'm recovering from a minor knee injury and any lunges or more than a few squats causes a lot of discomfort and makes me anxious that I'm ruining my recovery, so this is absolutely perfect 😍
You really don't need squats/lunges to get a good burn! 🔥Love the combined moves as an extra challenge! And all in just 15 minutes 🙏🏼🥳 No excuses guys!

Me and my sister do this one and it’s so good! We already see and feel a difference and are toning up and loosing weight at the same time! We also do some cardio and walk a good bit of steps almost daily. So this all combined has been great.

I want to keep up some fitness while resting it and chose this workout (which I've done before and loved). It was perfect- no pressure on my toe at all. For the end low plank, I just did a knee plank. Thanks for all you do!

I’ve always thought because I was so tiny basically my whole life I didn’t have to work out. Until I gained more than 20 pounds.Finally made it over 90 pounds and I’m a happy 112 !!!! But !! Getting back into things is scary bc I CAN do the things... my body just doesnt LIKE the things.. lol This felt like a great start to pace myself! Just enough to engage my muscles but not so much that I worry ill end up in Rhabdo within 3 hours again lol! I will continue to follow!

I like the preview before every new move . It takes me time to get ready. If you can remind us when to inhale n exhale during the move, it will be perfect. Don’t assume everyone know it.
