For a relaxed life without anxiety sit on a chair, back and spine as erect as possible, hands on your lap with palms upwards, close your eyes and do nothing. Be still without moving and observe your incoming--outgoing breath and body sensations for around 10-20 minutes. Be as still as possible. Plenty of thoughts will come but slowly negative thoughts will reduce. The mind is reprogrammed to reach equanimity. Do twice daily or even more as per your convenience. In life practice not over-reacting to any situation. Enjoy meditation without expectations and your life will transform. Make it a daily habit. Best wishes. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

    I'm a grumpy construction worker in his mid 40s. I started doing this (almost) everyday about six months ago. It's done wonders for my back and hip pain as well as my mood. If you're feeling sore and sour at the end of the day I can't recommend this video enough.

      Wow same. After the last exercise right when we did the last 3 breathes. I cried immediately and didn’t even know why. It released so much anxiety and emotional shit I had built up

    This week had 3 panic attacks, 3 trips to hospital and been told I’m suffering from anxiety. Reassessing my life to feel better and found Madfit done this 2 days and it’s so lovely really relaxes me so thank you I will keep watching 🥰

    I did this every morning and night since I was 2 months pregnant

    I came down with COVID about three weeks ago and have recovered, but still feel very easily fatigued, especially after too much activity. As someone who has relied in part on physical wellness for my emotional and mental wellbeing, it has been a struggle to find the right balance between resting and doing little things that while small, make me feel active to the best of my ability. I've been trying to ease into light stretching, as every day is a little better, and I remembered this video. It's perfect for me right now, so thank you.

    This is great! I woke up feeling tense and sore and once the standing up part came I realized how much more tense-free I felt! This is so far my favorite stress release stretch routine.

    My lower body was super sore from working out the other day and i ended up doing your 15 minute upper body this morning AND this stress relief stretch session & i feel so much better. I think that it was a mix of soreness but a lot of tension from daily stress & life challenges. Girl you are a pure goddess for all the workout content videos you post.     With a lot of body aches, stress in every part of my body, this helped a lot. It takes me a while to wake up in the morning because of all of these body aches. I am also a very tense person and carry it all over my body. This helped a lot, I'm feeling significantly better.

    This morning I did your 10 min good morning work out, followed by this one and have released so much! I ended the work out in tears, feeling an overwhelming sense of relief and gratitude, saying thank you, thank you, thank you through the sniffling and snorting - it was quite funny actually! Really thankful for you Maddie, your workouts got me through the first lockdown and will now get me through the next. Keep doing what you're doing, you're amazing!

    Thank you for this Maddie, I love the variety of workouts and fitness videos you offer. I've been focussing more on HIIT and cardio over the last couple of years, but this serves as a great reminder how important yoga and stretching are, especially when dealing with clinical anxiety. :)

    For me, you are the perfect person to do these kinds of video's. I easily get frustrated and stressed during work outs and stretches. I struggle with my body due to chronic illness. However you are so calming and just so nice, that I can truly relax. It really means the world to me!

    I would love a stretch/stress relief video that focuses on hips, glutes and back...I love your videos with the squats and lunges, and I would really like a video that I could do afterwards to stretch out those areas that get tense.     I just want to say how much I love your workouts and thankyou for doing such a wide range. I like to do several body parts over the day when I can fit them in around my kids
    I've lost 4 stone in the last few months doing them with mini bands and a protein shake after as a reward and my body is changing already :) i'm down 4 dress sizes and feel way happier for it!
    I've got a few friends converted to doing them as well, keep up the good work, you're so inspiring and I love all the different clothes and soothing backgrounds you use too and dance music is my fav to workout to also 👍

    With work from home being the norm for many these days this is a great daily routine to keep the muscle s lose. Seems like these days were stapled to our chair more than we were before. My back, shoulders and neck were all a mess after four months of this unhealthy routine and your video is helping reverse the damage. Thx

    Absolutely love this!! Most definitely feel a lot more relaxed. Have been doing your workouts for quite some time and have incorporated your stretch sessions into my daily routine but only just discovered your yoga/stretch routines and I absolutely love them. Since incorporating them as well as the stretch routines into my day my MH has greatly improved and it is helping my performance at work.

    I was so sore for the past three days due to household chores. I was feeling kind of stiff in my upper back area and literally i was experiencing discomfort bending forward. Just finished doing this stress relief exercise and it feels like my upper back stiffness has disappeared! This is definitely going into my weekly routine!

    I'm very blessed I can do this routine. You definitely need to do more yoga routines! They are sooo relaxing and pleasant. I wish I could do this with you personally haha

    i was a bit hesitant when you came up in my search for 15minute full body yoga stretch since I was looking for something with lots of ease and easiness because I've done a few of your intense workouts videos and both me and my partner almost died of how ridiculously hard it was to keep up with you but I must say, this was exactly what I need and very much close to what I was looking for and I appreciated it. Amazing stuff here :)

    This was really great. I got really emotional during the pulled in knee circles. (I often get emo in hip opening excercises). The music was timed perfectly since it became more uplifteng after my tears came out, and made me happier than i was before! Loved everything about it xoxo

    Idk what is.If the plants in the background, his calming and carrying voice, the way she apeaks that that relax my mind, body and soul.
