    Thank you Kate! I did this as a morning routine before work and I feel great. I love your reminders to soften different parts of the body, especially the throat, face, jaw and upper body. I think we all forget that we store a lot of tension there. Amazing practice❤❤

    Is it possible to incorporate foot workout yoga with this tremendously helpful stretch of the entire body I've felt other stretching? but fall short of accomplishing what you have unleashed whoa luv it

    I like short and sweet yoga... it's nice too but I prefer long and challenging, but lately, I don't even have time for 15 minutes on busy days. Maybe I should do more short and sweet yoga sessions. After all, a little yoga is better than none, right? Thank you Kate! 😉😉☃❄
