I like short and sweet yoga... it's nice too but I prefer long and challenging, but lately, I don't even have time for 15 minutes on busy days. Maybe I should do more short and sweet yoga sessions. After all, a little yoga is better than none, right? Thank you Kate! 😉😉☃❄
