    Loved this Rachel! Really enjoyed it. I burned 511 active calories, 622 total calories (HIIT workout on Apple Watch series 3). Would love some more like this

      Im new with my apple watch so I chose hiit workout for this one and I burned 474 total calories and 391 active. can you tell me what is total and what is active (the difference)? of course i always count the total :) but i'm trying to understand the 2. thanks :)

    I went into this thinking its gonna kill me but it was rather easy for a 60 min workout. I personally like more intense workouts so Im gng to stick to the 45 mins workout, thats a killer n I need a lot of work, so I'll continue doing that. Thanks Rach for helping me find a workout that I love ❤

    The last few weeks I only did your 30min workouts or shorter and I was in the mood for a longer workout. I sometimes needed some modifications but I finished it and I feel great! Thank you rachel, love your workouts! 💕

    I was wondering if you could use darker colours for your text? I need glasses to see clearly and when I workout, not having glasses means its a challenge to see whats happening on my screen and it would definitely help if the text contrasted more against the background. Thank you very much!

    My heart couldn’t handle it. I felt like it was going to beat so hard it would explode. I love cardio, but do you think you could work some more muscle in there like leg dips or something? Just to give the heart rate a break?

      This is different for every person! In addition to that, you might want to try intuitive eating when you work out a lot, I recommend you check out Linda Sun her channel for this!
