Im new with my apple watch so I chose hiit workout for this one and I burned 474 total calories and 391 active. can you tell me what is total and what is active (the difference)? of course i always count the total :) but i'm trying to understand the 2. thanks :)

I went into this thinking its gonna kill me but it was rather easy for a 60 min workout. I personally like more intense workouts so Im gng to stick to the 45 mins workout, thats a killer n I need a lot of work, so I'll continue doing that. Thanks Rach for helping me find a workout that I love ❤

I need glasses to see clearly and when I workout, not having glasses means its a challenge to see whats happening on my screen and it would definitely help if the text contrasted more against the background. I did this 3 days ago and I think I pulled a abdominal muscle. RIP... But also best work out ever! I love how if it's too complex I can make up a modification right away.
My heart couldn’t handle it. I felt like it was going to beat so hard it would explode. I love cardio, but do you think you could work some more muscle in there like leg dips or something? Just to give the heart rate a break?
