      - eating foods with protein
      - only doing it 3-4 days a week ( so your muscles can rest and grow )
      - try fixing your form or adding bands for a better result
      -when doing these workouts, trying tightening your core or like squeezing your buttocks , it really helps

    been doing this for almost two weeks now! my butt looks so much more plump in jeans, thank you so much! your workouts are so fun to do, easy, and short. my dog always likes to lay down under me when i do the side planks and he's a big doggo, he can barely fit 😭

    I want to cry from the first two minutes but it works soo good. I've been doing it for 4 days (3 work out and 1 break) and It is 1 cm bigger wich is a really good sign. I am probably going to upload how it goes after a few days ❤️ I totally recommend it

      @@oliviapicz Yes I do only this work out. The story behind this is that my relationship with gym is not really good so I decided to strat small with these ten minutes. That helped me see it more friendly wich I think it's the most important part. Before some months I have tried a non equipment programm from this chanel (it was 20 minutes) I ll search it.. Ps thank you for the encouragement

    Im going to start this because i’m going to the beach in around 1 month, and i have to start my journey all over again because i dislocated my knee 🩼 and can finally start doing exercises again! please guys like or comment to keep me going i promise ill update 💗
    Day one: Pretty hard had to take some breaks but feel the burn!
    Day two: still felt the same burn as yesterday but i tried taking les breaks
    Day three: Felt way easier and only took the breaks recommended 😋

    Конец 🎉 Результаты:
    Вау эффекта за неделю можете не ждать, но мои ягодицы немного подтянулись. Буду продолжать заниматься + добавлю упражнения с весом, буду делать 3 раза в неделю. Вернусь сюда 10 января, всех с наступающим Новым годом 🎆🎉🥳

И это уже плюс 👍🏻 Также не очень правильно качать ягодицы каждый день, им нужен отдых . Но для меня это будет челлендж так сказать. Поэтому я буду каждый день на протяжении недели их делать

    - Day 1: I completed the workout easily and my legs felt a little shaky
    - Day 2: Today's workout was more difficult to complete, but I did it anyways

    I just got it done. My butt burned. I do squats, lunges, donkey kicks and planking daily but these exercises are so far very effective if done consistently. Nice demo

    tried a lot of bum workouts before and I couldn’t feel the burn as much

    Día #1 = Me duele horrible y en un ejercicio me empezó a arder horrible, pero voy por mi objetivo!

    I’ve been doing random exercises from her because I want to try out many parts around my butts and it’s been 2 months. But I also take protein shake daily. Now from flat butts I see sth growing it’s used to look sad now it’s has some cheeks. Still have to work on the dip part. But anyway consistency is the key. I do it everyday and sometimes morning and night. Thanks to her free exercises on TH-cam I haven’t purchased anything TBH.
    Just start people and you will see and I suggest taking more proteins. A lot of protein 💪🏽

    Id be doing this for a month . Lets see how my glutes do. Starting from today.
    I'd come back to edit this.
    My butt size before the workout, is 36inches.
    Day 1- my butt is on fire.
    Day2- healing day
    Day 3- workout difficult to do, but I did it anyways. After a little stretches to loosing up my muscles of Day 1. My butt measured 36.2 inches.
    So by the end of every week I'd share my progress.
    Week 1- butt reduced to 34inch butt is more toned.
    This week 2 I want to add protein shakes.
    And I've been highly stressed.
    Before I gain muscles my body is used to reducing before gaining again.
    Stay tuned for week 2 progress.
    Almost the end of d week and my butt is 37inch .. and so perky. Everyone seeing it. Like m so happy and even more motivated.
    Week2. I wish. Could take pictures and add to this comment. My butt is on 37.3inch... I'll recommend this workout to anyone who's butt takes longer time to grow. From next week I want to do it twice a day because it's no longer making me sore.
    Week-3 has been the best. Been on 37.8 some days 38inch.. in 3 weeks the difference is clear, my hip dips covered as well. My weight from 63 to 66kg all on my thighs.
    Next week is my last week....
    Consistency!!! It's ohk if you lost weight when doing this workout at first, you'll gain it back, increase your calorie intake.. sleep, eat.. Stretch!!!
    Week 4- last week went well as i still did 2times a day. By butt now measures 40½ inches.
    If you want pictures I could show my before and after body. This workout came with alot of strength marks. I'm glad I was able to complete this.
    Don't forget I lost weight first and then I built my calories, my body got used to the workout I doubled it.
    Thank you guys for all the support, trust me I've been happy. I did this workout at home. I've never been to the gym, I usually do home workout but started this beginning of December 2022 and ended 31st December 2022.

    So, those who are asking does it work. It actually works for me perfectly. Workout not only targets butt but also the thighs, belly and love handles. I have lost 1.5 inch from my love handle part. Earned an inch in my butt.

    2 weeks in these do work . To be honest Ive only been doing 15 seconds each leg movement, because im old and overweight I didnt want to hurt myself and I have already noticed the difference. So i recommend doing what you can and dont give up. For me it was less than what is shown, and it still made a difference.
