Great workout for my rest/stretch day. I added a medium band for KB and kettle bell for the sumos and was the perfect way to fire up the sleeping booty muscles. Thank you!
Yes you can increase the size of the gluteal muscles. Yes these are good exercises. But unless you get the same surgery she had, do NOT expect the same results. You can see the implant.

Too many people are being harmed mentally because they see people who have had surgery and get upset because they are not getting the same results. It's not fair to them. Too many celebrities and influencers are posting results that are not possible and it's not right.
I don't think that's necessary. I will say it's extremely difficult to grow your glutes with 15 min. body weight exercises....especially considering the vast majority of the population is inconsistent as hell.

Omg and I loveeeee the variations of the simple workouts that’s like the #1 winner. It’s so much easier to follow and remember and also SOOOO effective doing a wide GB + 4 abd and so on you literally feel each hit of tension and I love that! There’s only like 2/3 workouts but the effectiveness and simplicity of just adding a hit to that one move is just omg amazing idk if it’s the post workout brain or what but I’m in love 😂😂😂

Girls, don’t lose ur time. THIS is NOT going to make ur butt bigger, sorry. Just heavy weights can grow it. This routine is helpful if you just want to make exercise and move ur body.👍🏼👍🏼
No, it sure can, believe me. I've been doing this for months now and my butt looks, well, big. Very big and round... It's also my genetics 😅, but the exercises have made it look bigger without doubt.
The title is change your butt not grow it. These exercises will definitely lift your butt which is a change for most. Not to mention you can add weights or resistance bands while doing these.
Hypertrophy is what tears muscles and you can facilitate this by mechanical stress, time over tension or weight. So mechanical is high rep. Pulsing is time over tension. Doing low rep with high weight is the weighted approach. Many studies have looked at the various ways you can build muscle and for women who want lean legs, not bulky legs, but a stacked butt, the higher rep and time over tension works best. If you want thick leg muscles and a plump butt, go high weight and low weight. Genetics also determines how you muscle fibers respond to different stressors. It's good to switch your approach once in a while as well. But regardless women's muscle fibers respond, in general, better to higher rep, low weight and time over tension. Higher weights by far grow muscle faster but to get the best results with that approach you need far more protein and calories in general. If you do a slower longer growth approach you won't gain weight in your tummy and don't have to load too much protein, and can still have plenty of carbs to grow the glutes. THe issues with heavy weight lifting is you really need a lot of protein and carbs and this means higher calories and the likelihood that you will gain body fat in your tummy. Women are just different and every woman needs a custom program to max growth. Hormones, age, and just natural fluctuations throughout the month make building muscle and one 'ideal' approach..well, unideal. But at least studies lean more towards NOT doing the "man's approach" of high protein, mod to low carb and heavy weights with low rep. Our muscle fiber makeup is simply different. Hence why we get cellulite and estrogen = more body fat.

definitely not every day. to grow muscles, they need to rest. actually thats when they are growing. Legs and glutes need more time to rest, than shoulders for example. so for best results do it 2 or maybe 3 times a week. 2-3 rest days between this workout should be ideal. but honestly these workouts with given reps and time.. thats pretty non sense.. its about getting those muscles to failure.. and that point is different for each human being.. so better take a few of these exercises and as many reps as possible, than rest for like 90-120 seconds and do it again.. 3-4 sets for each exercise. bring your muscles to the limit and get enough rest + eat enough protein and get enough sleep.. that's key for muscles growth. And one important point is progressive overload. With each workout you should either take more weight, more reps or more time under tension. Muscles wont grow, when you always do the same. They need to adapt, to grow.. When you always do the same workout.. that would be just cardio at some point.

You should feel the exercises mainly in the booty.. sumo squats are great for legs too but will mainly work your glutes if you focus on squeezing and pushing through your glutes on the way up. Могу ошибаться, но мне показалось, у нее импланты . Получается, она вводит народ в заблуждение. Мой молодой человек много лет занимается бодибилдингом. Он сказал , что такими упражнениями не накачать такие ягодицы как у нее . Только с весами .
@@mariamorozova3039 это нормально, если вы ранее не занимались. Называется памп эффект, когда кровь активно приливает к мышцам, они насыщаются кислородом и увеличиваются. По той же причине у новичков изменения видны раньше, чем у профи.
