Y'all please stick with this workout it works! I've never seen faster results. Did it three days in a row break than three days again for a month started seeing results immediately. So I began to add a 10lb and resistance band for difficulty. Still burns, I love it
I just want to say.. THIS WORKS! I’ve been doing it around 6 days now and my bum looks so much firmer and rounder. This workout burns so you know it’s working! Sometimes I do it twice a day, it’s only 10 MINS! Loving it so far and will update next week 😊
I can second this! I have been doing it 3x a week with a resistance band and 35 lbs weight during the hip thrusts and have noticed dramatic improvements. So has my boyfriend 🥰
5 days in and took one rest day bc i was busy but there has been a HUGE difference my butt looks so much more lifted i can’t wait to see how it looks in the end it’s def worth it
I have been doing this workout every morning for 15 days now and believe me there is a huge difference. There is an increase in the butt and it feels tighter
started today and i’ll give you guys updates. (as a non sportive person) day 1: starting day day 2 : had a resting day because it’s important now i’ll do it two days in a row (i also felt burn) day 3: a bit more difficult compared to day one, this means it’s working ! might add a booty band tomorrow day 4: burning and wanted to stop before the end but didn’t (i took a break to breath and continue), added a band i feel it’s more effective too (because more difficulty to move legs) day 5: resting day ! feels good no more pain ! day 6: nosebleed season (+ headache) need to calm down a bit so i’ll take some more resting days day 7: might restart tomorrow !

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting anything. I just did this workout everyday for 4 days. And today, the fourth day, I felt that my butt is really rounded and it felt heavier, so I decided to measure it. Before it was 87-89cm, today it’s 93cm. I’m shocked that I got that big results really fast. Also, workout is easy. I have been doing it even though I’m sick. I loved the way it burned every time. (I’m sorry if I have some mistakes, I’m kazakh)

These comments are very encouraging. I'm starting tomorrow. I have dead butt syndrome so I'm living with chronic pain in my lower pain, hips and hamstrings. I'm never not in pain unless I take painkillers and out a heating pad on my back. I'm looking forward to doing this and some yoga. Hopefully I'll be pain free soon.

Day 1: the workout is easy you can for sure feel the burn I’ll update tomorrow^^ Day 2: feeling the burn in the thighs a lot, sweating a good bit but overall it feels great! Day 3: still feeling the burn a lot on my thighs around this day I’m not as sore as I was the first day! Day 4: you can for sure start to see the difference in your thighs and a bit of toning Day 5: my butt is starting to form a bit more! :) Day 6: the burn no longer hurts if anything it feels good! Day 7: my thighs feel much better and there is some muscles forming Day 8: the workouts are so easy now and my butt is starting to firm up Day 9: took a bit of a rest day Day 10: last day to track! I definitely recommend this workout! It really works in toning out your butt and thighs but just remember EVERYONE is different so you may see different results depending on age, health, height and weight! This workout is my holy grail! I've been doing this for 2 weeks now and I can already see the results. My buns grow bigger and my thighs become firmer. My goal is to complete this worlout for 2 months. I'll update here the 2 months result. Update: After 3 weeks: My butt became firmer and round 😮♥️

Creating this post: 01/07/24 Okay guys, so far I’ve been doing this workout for 5 days so far and I’m going to continue an update this as I go. When I started this I weighed in at 152.3 currently at 150.6. Visually, in the butt, I cannot see too much of a difference yet, but building muscle does take time. I can definitely begin to see it in my legs though! I also incorporate a 7.5 pound weight, a light resistance band, and a sweat band to my workout. Day 1: finished feeling pretty good, a little awkward since I didn’t know how to properly do some of the workouts. Day 2: definitely felt a bit sore from yesterday, but still not too bad. I can definitely feel the burning in the butt. Day 3: harder than the past 2 days, really started to hurt. I made sure to start paying attention more to using the glute/buttock muscles to ensure I was doing everything correctly. Day 4: I was actually pretty excited to workout today, I’m beginning to get used to the routine. It definitely burned, but it’s almost comforting when it foes because that means it’s working. Day 5: I was gonna rest today, but decided that I’d rest on day 6, for it is important when it comes to building muscle. It burned working out and I was more out for breath then usual. Today I started to notice how my legs were looking more defined than before. Day 6: rest Day 7: I started doing this workout twice in a day, and increasing my leg resistance band. It definitely burns, but I know the results will be worth the pain. 🩷 Day 8: doing it twice again, and increasing my weight to 35 lbs. it definitely burns, but I finally am seeing a little bit of progress. I’m not as tired anymore and I can feel the strength building in my legs. Day 9: I did this and felt great after, I definitely feel good about keeping up with exercising. Day 10: rest Day 11: rest Day 13: I did this as a warm up instead of a workout and went on to do more leg exercises involving weights. Tbh this is a great starting point but please be realistic with y’alls expectations. Growing muscle takes time and you also need a good diet to grow ur glutes as well. Keep up with working out y’all!
I actually love this workout, in the 10 minutes that it goes for i can both feel and im starting to see that it's affective. I've done this workout for 4 days so far, can't wait to see the results x
Day1: definitely burns Day2: woke up a little sore. Burned less but hurt more. Still I feel good. Day3: woke up even more sore but feeling good. The work out was good but harder to balance because I’m already sore, making it difficult to keep going but I got it done. (Feeling sick today so day 4 will be tomorrow)

heyy it's me again, in the end I literally got bored and became too lazy to continue with the training, I apologize 😭🫶🏻I wanted to say that at the end of the eight days I was able to actually see my ass plumper in jeans, even though I had higher expectations. I think I'll start doing this workout again tomorrow together with two other videos of his every day and maybe I'll continue to update, this time without letting laziness win 😭

i started it yesterday and it works! update: day 1: it was really nice and definitely loosened my muscles there. day 2: i was a bit sore in my thighs and butt but i did it and already see results of it becoming rounder. day 3: pretty normal, just a bit sore

I’m going to update everyday for 10 days as a way to hold myself accountable. Day 1: I struggled near the end, and had to take a few breaks but I got through it. I’m also doing other exercises, and this was one of the last ones I did. So it was ROUGH Day 2: I forgot/got way too tired. So on day 3 I’m going to do this 2 times, that way it evens out. So… I gave up but I’m restarting! I will do 10 consecutive days. I want the results lol Day 1: I did good, I feel good! My wifi went out halfway through so I got a long break, but I didn’t have to take any other breaks lol. Day 2: I did good, I’m sweating and very out of breath though because my dorm room is very hot and I ran out of water. But I did it still!

Im on day 3. I lost a lot of weight last year due to work and stress and poor diet choices. Also lost my butt. So I'm working on getting it back the healthy way. Ill see yall tomorrow Okay, I just did day 6. My thigh gaps are definitely filling out. I'm well on my way😌. I have added Calorie smoothies to my diet. Plus, I'm not skipping meals anymore. If you aren't eating enough calories before you work out, you end up loosing more glute muscles than you will gain. Eat.
@@juliagalus5768 I would say 2-3 times a week is exactly what you need you shouldn't over stress your muscles doing it everyday is not gonna speed up your results it will just injure you

The workout was neither extremely easy nor difficult, which is awesome for me as a beginner. The only difficulty is that in the last exercise I felt more pressure on the legs than on the glutes. Maybe I do something wrong or my glutes were trained enough and that's why I didn't feel pressure there. * Sorry if you see grammatical errors but I am a Greek subscriber😂 Day 2: This time my legs and glutes are burning !!! But it feels good👍 Day 3 : that's way easier!!🎉 Day 4: Today I done two sets of every exercise... That was exhausting.😅 Day 5: Today I done this video twice😓that is more difficult but not too much. Day 6:I think it's working 💪 Day 7: again the same workout and I see that my glutes are more rounded Well the conclusion is that these exercises are difficult enough to burn the fat and create muscles and I think a beginner can follow them too. But creating muscles is a complicated process that needs more that a workout. For example food diet is important too. So your dody can grow its muscles faster or slower than others. If you exercise frequently and have a heal diet plan, it is sure thay you will gain the body of your dreams sooner or later 😉 💪 😀

Day 3 : It was much easier, my butt feels firm and I can see a slight difference from day 1 Day 4 : My bum literally grew so much already and lifted Day 5: I can see such a difference from Day 1 Day 6 : I recommend there is already such a difference and Im not even finished Day 7: It has gotten much easier from the first day and I feel it in my butt. Day 1: Made it through the whole video, breathing hard, my thighs hurt a bit. Will keep updating! Day 2: Already improved, made it through the workout, my thighs hurt less, and my breathing was more controlled! I also did this after an arm workout. Day 3: Definitely felt a bigger burn and felt more tired after this workout since I did a 20 minute arm workout prior. I took 2 days off to do an aerial workout along with running. Day 4: I did it halfway then switched to a different workout video. Overall, I enjoyed this workout video, I don’t think the results are what I want to achieve. It definitely gives nice toned arms, my arms are noticeably bigger, but not in the places I specifically want. Thanks for a good video!

Doing this for a month! Day 1✅: burned and i feel strong Day 2✅: just the same as day 1. im trusting the process Day 3✅: burns a lil! But i see it is getting more full Day 4❌: I did not do it today😭 Day 5✅: this felt like a very light workout, it did not burn at all.

day 1: starting day
day 2 : had a resting day because it’s important now i’ll do it two days in a row (i also felt burn)
day 3: a bit more difficult compared to day one, this means it’s working ! might add a booty band tomorrow
day 4: burning and wanted to stop before the end but didn’t (i took a break to breath and continue), added a band i feel it’s more effective too (because more difficulty to move legs)
day 5: resting day ! feels good no more pain !
day 6: nosebleed season (+ headache) need to calm down a bit so i’ll take some more resting days
day 7: might restart tomorrow !

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting anything. I just did this workout everyday for 4 days. And today, the fourth day, I felt that my butt is really rounded and it felt heavier, so I decided to measure it. Before it was 87-89cm, today it’s 93cm. I’m shocked that I got that big results really fast. Also, workout is easy. I have been doing it even though I’m sick. I loved the way it burned every time. (I’m sorry if I have some mistakes, I’m kazakh)

These comments are very encouraging. I'm starting tomorrow. I have dead butt syndrome so I'm living with chronic pain in my lower pain, hips and hamstrings. I'm never not in pain unless I take painkillers and out a heating pad on my back. I'm looking forward to doing this and some yoga. Hopefully I'll be pain free soon.

Day 1: the workout is easy you can for sure feel the burn I’ll update tomorrow^^
Day 2: feeling the burn in the thighs a lot, sweating a good bit but overall it feels great!
Day 3: still feeling the burn a lot on my thighs around this day I’m not as sore as I was the first day!
Day 4: you can for sure start to see the difference in your thighs and a bit of toning
Day 5: my butt is starting to form a bit more! :)
Day 6: the burn no longer hurts if anything it feels good!
Day 7: my thighs feel much better and there is some muscles forming
Day 8: the workouts are so easy now and my butt is starting to firm up

Day 10: last day to track! I definitely recommend this workout! It really works in toning out your butt and thighs but just remember EVERYONE is different so you may see different results depending on age, health, height and weight! Day 1 ( finished ) wasn’t too bad! i could def see how this workout would succeed my glutes were burning!
Day 2 ( finished ) could feel the burn way more and the soreness from my glutes yesterday so far so good!
Day 3 ( finished ) felt great i could really feel my glutes during the double sumo squats!
Day 4 ( finished ) felt the same as yesterday! remember to go at your own pace and controlled to really feel the burn! almost half way there!!

Creating this post: 01/07/24 Okay guys, so far I’ve been doing this workout for 5 days so far and I’m going to continue an update this as I go. When I started this I weighed in at 152.3 currently at 150.6. Visually, in the butt, I cannot see too much of a difference yet, but building muscle does take time. I can definitely begin to see it in my legs though! I also incorporate a 7.5 pound weight, a light resistance band, and a sweat band to my workout.
Day 1: finished feeling pretty good, a little awkward since I didn’t know how to properly do some of the workouts.
Day 2: definitely felt a bit sore from yesterday, but still not too bad. I can definitely feel the burning in the butt.
Day 3: harder than the past 2 days, really started to hurt. I made sure to start paying attention more to using the glute/buttock muscles to ensure I was doing everything correctly.
Day 4: I was actually pretty excited to workout today, I’m beginning to get used to the routine. It definitely burned, but it’s almost comforting when it foes because that means it’s working.
Day 5: I was gonna rest today, but decided that I’d rest on day 6, for it is important when it comes to building muscle. It burned working out and I was more out for breath then usual. Today I started to notice how my legs were looking more defined than before.
Day 6: rest
Day 7: I started doing this workout twice in a day, and increasing my leg resistance band. It definitely burns, but I know the results will be worth the pain. 🩷
Day 8: doing it twice again, and increasing my weight to 35 lbs. it definitely burns, but I finally am seeing a little bit of progress. I’m not as tired anymore and I can feel the strength building in my legs.
Day 9: I did this and felt great after, I definitely feel good about keeping up with exercising.

Day 13: I did this as a warm up instead of a workout and went on to do more leg exercises involving weights. Tbh this is a great starting point but please be realistic with y’alls expectations. Growing muscle takes time and you also need a good diet to grow ur glutes as well. Keep up with working out y’all!

I’m going to update everyday for 10 days as a way to hold myself accountable.
Day 1: I struggled near the end, and had to take a few breaks but I got through it. I’m also doing other exercises, and this was one of the last ones I did. So it was ROUGH

Okay, I just did day 6. My thigh gaps are definitely filling out. I'm well on my way😌. I have added Calorie smoothies to my diet. Plus, I'm not skipping meals anymore. If you aren't eating enough calories before you work out, you end up loosing more glute muscles than you will gain. Eat.

Day 1: At first I did a few leg stretches. The workout was neither extremely easy nor difficult, which is awesome for me as a beginner. The only difficulty is that in the last exercise I felt more pressure on the legs than on the glutes. Maybe I do something wrong or my glutes were trained enough and that's why I didn't feel pressure there.

Well the conclusion is that these exercises are difficult enough to burn the fat and create muscles and I think a beginner can follow them too. But creating muscles is a complicated process that needs more that a workout. For example food diet is important too.
So your dody can grow its muscles faster or slower than others. If you exercise frequently and have a heal diet plan, it is sure thay you will gain the body of your dreams sooner or later 😉 💪 😀

be kind to yourself, everyone’s progress is different because each body is different. sometimes we sabotage ourselves because we compare your progress with others. and remember: working out doesn’t do miracles, it’s important to have a healthy eating too❤

Day 1: Made it through the whole video, breathing hard, my thighs hurt a bit. Will keep updating!
Day 2: Already improved, made it through the workout, my thighs hurt less, and my breathing was more controlled! I also did this after an arm workout.
Day 3: Definitely felt a bigger burn and felt more tired after this workout since I did a 20 minute arm workout prior.
I took 2 days off to do an aerial workout along with running.
Day 4: I did it halfway then switched to a different workout video.
Overall, I enjoyed this workout video, I don’t think the results are what I want to achieve. It definitely gives nice toned arms, my arms are noticeably bigger, but not in the places I specifically want. Thanks for a good video!

day 1: I definitely felt my muscles working. I'm already thrilled because I've tried several times to do different types of butt exercises but I've always felt the musclework in my legs more than in my booty. This is awesome, i can't wait to see results!
day 2: I did the exercises a little easier than yesterday. Muscle work is certainly noticeable. I've been getting tired all day long, probably because of the exercises. See u tomorrow!
day 3: I did the exercises the easiest of all three days. I can feel that the booty is already a little more defined.
day 4:The workouts were so easy today. To be honest, I didn't really looked if there was any progress because I'm saving it for maybe the seventh day. But I'm definitely feeling the progress.
day 5: i don't know what else to add, I've already said it all. The only thing new is that I did the exercises today without difficulty.
day 6: I took a day off from exercise because I heard that it is good for the muscles to have rest during 5th or 6th day. I'il continue tomorrow.
day 7: it was so easy, i can feel and see that my booty is bigger!!!
day 8: i did it. for some reason today I felt really tired, so my exercises were hard.

I've been doing these workouts for 3 weeks now and I can tell a difference in my booty! I do these 10 min workouts every morning. I'm shaping up nicely :) will see how i look in another 3 weeks

Day 4: I got 1 cm bigger 😅 I honestly don’t think this workout is intense enough because I feel the burn but it never lasts. I think I’m gonna up it for the next few days.
