I’m about to start day 14, and I have grown half an inch! I’m definitely seeing more lift, and roundness to my glutes! Starting tomorrow, I will add low level resistance bands and start doing that for two more weeks! I will try my best to update you guys when I’m done, but I need someone to like my comment so I can find it and update everyone 😂. I did it with resistance bands for 2 more weeks and GUYSSSS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! It worked me sooo hard and I saw such a huge difference! @@blairf7118 I did continue for a while, but I forgot to measure but I continued to feel and see differences! It’s much more difficult with resistance bands, but it makes the results appear a lot faster!

I have done it over a month before switching to another Ivana’s butt workouts. Using resistance bands and eating Calories Surplus helped me a lot. Good luck and I am sure you will see great results 💕
I have 3 weeks until my baby is due and I just did this workout. I am unable to workout for 6 weeks ftrr birth. Which of the 2 videos would you recommend? The 300 or this one? Or should I alternate?
Congratulations for the baby boy/girl🎉 I have done the 300 donkey kicks and my butt grew nearly 2 inches. I think it is best to focus on one for few weeks before making the workout more challenging.Give your muscles a rest as well.
Hey guys, I'm here to tell you somethings. 1. If you SERIOUSLY want to glow up then start exercising. Don't go under the comments to see if the workouts really work or not ... you have to at least try to do it. 2. It is obvious that after two weeks you will not be able to see a marked change because it takes at least a month to see results. (Then it depends from person to person) 3. Make your own schedule or try to follow someone expert's program, train consistently and never overdo it. Always drink lots of water every day and if you want, I recommend you drink 1 or 2 glass of water before lunch and dinner so you will eat little and feel full. For example, I trained for a month and I have to tell you that now I have a bubble and lift butt. There have been times when I had lost motivation .. but I didn't give up. I continued because I ABSOLUTELY wanted to have a glow up and to have more self-esteem 😂🤪💕 oh I have not followed any diet✨

3 babies in 5 years, no exercise during my pregnancies and I was never a “fit person” this is my 4th time completing this in 2 weeks and it’s the first time I finished it. I am so proud of myself I cried 😂 Can’t wait to continue this.
These workouts WILL work!! I’ve seen a huge difference. I did a month and decided to add ankle weights to the routine. It’s all about consistency! It can suck some days but tell yourself it’s only 10 mins out of your day and just do it! You got this!
This workout makes my glutes BURN like crazy! I did this workout for 2 weeks and I already see such a big difference. I love this workout so much and it works so well. This workout burns! If you're a beginner, you use this on its own the 2 weeks. Then, you could use it as a glute activation/warm-up followed by another workout of hers. Progressive overload at its finest!

I've done multiple booty workouts but, this one is the best so far. I always felt the burn and soreness on my thighs and ankles, with this one though I feel it on my glutes, I feel the burn on my glutes the day after instead of on my legs. I love this workout, really hits the muscle it's supposed to Update: I followed the schedule, today's the 7th or 8th day maybe. I did this with not much hope from the beginning but, my ass grew a whole inch. I didn't think this would give such results plus, I'm not sure I ate enough protein for my muscles to grow this fast. I took pictures of the first, third, and today. My ass is noticeably plumper and larger for me, I really am more motivated to do this. It's worth the effort I promise

remember this! 1. everyone's bod is different [imma skinny girl w/ fast metabolism] 2. take breaks and rest ur muscles 3. eat well, fast if you can...protein shakes help as well! 4. stick to one exercise person to follow, i used to change different workouts whenever i was recommended a 'faster option' but just stick w/ one if you want results! 5. do not give up, work until you get what you want. pain goes away but the butt doesn't :3
I’m doing this everyday, sometimes morning sometimes night. I’m at the week mark and am seeing results. I had a small butt before but this has given me more butt. I do take break days. I eat whatever i have in my kitchen and i am still seeing results!
why are yall all asking if this really works.. all workouts work if you do them consistently. the only reason they wouldnt work is if you arent doing it right or if you have to do it longer depending on your body type

Make sure to change up the routine after some time! The body gets used to often repeated moves. I suggest you to pick out another workout on youtube or put your own workout together and do it as motivated as you did this one. I promise you will see even more results ! :))

@@lamia1715 what @Plum Witch said. For people who are starting out with a really flat butt, it takes a little longer. Make sure you are eating well and try talking a baca before a workout and then a protein shake after. Hope this helps!

I’m going to be COMPLETELY HONEST.... I am definitely seeing results to the point where I am motivated to sometimes do it twice a day ! Even my boyfriend has noticed and reminds me to do this workout because he’s satisfied with the results. It’s awesome and I suggest consistency. It WILL be worth it for sure!
This truly does work. Im not gonna say I had no butt, but it’s not much. I wanted to lift it and after 3 days of doing this there’s a big difference. I also do squats after it, started with 10 squats the first day and I’m incrementing by 10 as the days go.

I was always a fit girl, competitive lifter etc. 5 years in the gym. I got pregnant, kinda risky pregnancy, 0 activity, butt is still on the bigger side, but obviously much flatter than it was before. Tomorrow will be my first day doing this (5 months postpartum). My plan is 1st week no weights, no resistance band. 2nd week resistance band. 3rd week ankle weights + band. 4th week same as 3rd + deadlift and squats with weights. I'll write an update here every day for 28 days and every other rest day current hip measurements and what changed. Let's do it!!!💪🏻 Day 1: ✅ deff feeling the burn (added 3 sets deadlift and 3 sets Bulgarian split squat) Day 2: ✅ 😅 I think I'll walk like a penguin tomorrow 😂 (added 3 sets of sumo squats and 3 of hip thrust) Day 3: rest day I already love this workout. Don't get me wrong, there are many better workouts for glutes out there, but guys... For 10 minutes a day, 50 min a week this is more than amazing. @@defnotla1la I actually did just 2 weeks and decided to start my usual workout exercises. This challenge is fine, but for me the changes weren't so noticeable. It did activate my glutes a little, but visually I can't really say it did something. My suggestion is to do deadlifts, hip thrust, squats, split squats... 15 min a day, 5 days a week, I think it would make quite a difference in a month. 😁
As a brazilian guy who doesn't have a brazilian butt this totally worked for me. I've been following your schedule and I'm amazed with the results. This workout is amazing and very effective. I've been incorporating it on my workouts for almost two weeks and I can see the result. My butt is bigger, rounder and more lifted and my Waist is smaller now. I love it.

Love Ivana’s videos. I usually watch 3 back to back to target different glute muscles according to my needs. They’re short and efficient so it makes it easy. I also add ankle weights for faster results, which I recommend.

Day 8 : forgot❌ Day 9 : my hips were burrning but i definitly see changes, my butt groow🍑🤩and my hips too🙃 still keeping my head up 🤝complete✅ Day 10 : didn't have time⌚ but i really see a bigger butt through my pant 🎉and my hips is fuller than the 1st day☺☺ Day 11 : 9/11 R.I.P.🤧🙏🏾✝️, So, my hips are more roud, my butt too and i'm gonna take mesurement tomorow complete✅ Day 12 : i have more hips😭🤝 and my booty is really much growing😍👌 complete✅ Day 13 : did 2 times 🥵my butt 97 cm ( 38 inch) complete ✅ Day 14 : FINISHEDDD✅✅✅✅✅!! Final ! : SOOO, my booty went from 96 to 97,5 cm ( 37 inch to 38 inch) in two weeks. I did it with resistance bands for 2 more weeks and GUYSSSS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! It worked me sooo hard and I saw such a huge difference! This is the best most effective glute workout I’ve ever done! I just wanna keep doing it!

I have done it over a month before switching to another Ivana’s butt workouts. Using resistance bands and eating Calories Surplus helped me a lot. Good luck and I am sure you will see great results 💕

Congratulations for the baby boy/girl🎉 I have done the 300 donkey kicks and my butt grew nearly 2 inches. I think it is best to focus on one for few weeks before making the workout more challenging.Give your muscles a rest as well.

Hey guys, I'm here to tell you somethings.
1. If you SERIOUSLY want to glow up then start exercising. Don't go under the comments to see if the workouts really work or not ... you have to at least try to do it.
2. It is obvious that after two weeks you will not be able to see a marked change because it takes at least a month to see results. (Then it depends from person to person)
3. Make your own schedule or try to follow someone expert's program, train consistently and never overdo it. Always drink lots of water every day and if you want, I recommend you drink 1 or 2 glass of water before lunch and dinner so you will eat little and feel full.
For example, I trained for a month and I have to tell you that now I have a bubble and lift butt. There have been times when I had lost motivation .. but I didn't give up. I continued because I ABSOLUTELY wanted to have a glow up and to have more self-esteem 😂🤪💕 oh I have not followed any diet✨

These workouts WILL work!! I’ve seen a huge difference. I did a month and decided to add ankle weights to the routine. It’s all about consistency! It can suck some days but tell yourself it’s only 10 mins out of your day and just do it! You got this!

I've done multiple booty workouts but, this one is the best so far. I always felt the burn and soreness on my thighs and ankles, with this one though I feel it on my glutes, I feel the burn on my glutes the day after instead of on my legs. I love this workout, really hits the muscle it's supposed to
Update: I followed the schedule, today's the 7th or 8th day maybe. I did this with not much hope from the beginning but, my ass grew a whole inch. I didn't think this would give such results plus, I'm not sure I ate enough protein for my muscles to grow this fast. I took pictures of the first, third, and today. My ass is noticeably plumper and larger for me, I really am more motivated to do this. It's worth the effort I promise

This works!! I have been doing for 2 weeks so far and following her schedule . I started at 35.5 inches and now after 2 weeks in I am at 36.3 inches. And there has been a lot of shape added. I am adding a resistance band for 2 more weeks! It gets easier !

I’m doing this everyday, sometimes morning sometimes night. I’m at the week mark and am seeing results. I had a small butt before but this has given me more butt. I do take break days. I eat whatever i have in my kitchen and i am still seeing results!

Make sure to change up the routine after some time! The body gets used to often repeated moves. I suggest you to pick out another workout on youtube or put your own workout together and do it as motivated as you did this one. I promise you will see even more results ! :))

@@lamia1715 what @Plum Witch said. For people who are starting out with a really flat butt, it takes a little longer. Make sure you are eating well and try talking a baca before a workout and then a protein shake after. Hope this helps!

I’m going to be COMPLETELY HONEST.... I am definitely seeing results to the point where I am motivated to sometimes do it twice a day ! Even my boyfriend has noticed and reminds me to do this workout because he’s satisfied with the results. It’s awesome and I suggest consistency. It WILL be worth it for sure!

This truly does work. Im not gonna say I had no butt, but it’s not much. I wanted to lift it and after 3 days of doing this there’s a big difference. I also do squats after it, started with 10 squats the first day and I’m incrementing by 10 as the days go.

I was always a fit girl, competitive lifter etc. 5 years in the gym. I got pregnant, kinda risky pregnancy, 0 activity, butt is still on the bigger side, but obviously much flatter than it was before.
Tomorrow will be my first day doing this (5 months postpartum). My plan is 1st week no weights, no resistance band. 2nd week resistance band. 3rd week ankle weights + band. 4th week same as 3rd + deadlift and squats with weights.
I'll write an update here every day for 28 days and every other rest day current hip measurements and what changed.

Don't get me wrong, there are many better workouts for glutes out there, but guys... For 10 minutes a day, 50 min a week this is more than amazing.

This challenge is fine, but for me the changes weren't so noticeable. It did activate my glutes a little, but visually I can't really say it did something.
My suggestion is to do deadlifts, hip thrust, squats, split squats... 15 min a day, 5 days a week, I think it would make quite a difference in a month. 😁

Love Ivana’s videos. I usually watch 3 back to back to target different glute muscles according to my needs. They’re short and efficient so it makes it easy. I also add ankle weights for faster results, which I recommend.
