I came here to say my feedback even I usually don’t comment on anything but I had to! I got addicted to this workout because it I started noticing the difference and the workout itself was amazingly put together. OMG!!! It really transformed my glutes.. they look so much fuller and bigger and bubbly 😅 now I know that working out takes time and patience but I really got results after first week and then I did it for another week and I’m so happy with what I see. My mum even asked me if I have been secretly working out 😂 i want to encourage everyone to try it and then keep going. You’re not going to grow your butt by doing nothing so just do something for it! I will try another ivanas workouts but I’m saving this one so I don’t lose it if i want to come back it ❤❤ thank you for your workouts!! You’re the best trainer 😘😘

If you know her channel, she doesn’t short challenges every time, it makes it fun. You do this one, then move to another one. But you do get noticeable results even after 10 days.. every one is different and every one has different progress in results, some has to work harder, some has amazing genes that help the process 😀❤️ don’t give up!

Ok. I am 48 years old. I work in a office. I was already working out only 10 min / day. I go a lot with the bicicle around. Ok now this exercise was the most hardest one to finish for the bum. But after 2 weeks doing 2 vids for gluts from this girl…I really see the changes. My bum is up. It looks no more sad😂. I will do this for more weeks - CU❤

Day 1: This is such a great workout! Takes very little time and the exercises are all easy to do (at least for me) coming from a person who has never worked out or stepped foot in the gym. I was really proud of myself for making it all the way through the video even though the sumo tap was my quitting point lol. Thank you @getfitbyivana 😊😊 Day 2: sore from the first day but We did it! Incorporated “glute activation” before this workout and I felt the burn. Day 3: Went straight to it found it to be easier than the first 2 days did not do any “glute activation” Day 4: Rest day no soreness 😎 Day 5: Back to it, I actually looked forward to doing this workout. Started feeling the burn with the squat&2x abd. Legs felt wobbly an hour afterward whenI had to go down my stairs 😂 Day6: I took 3 days off for a mini vacation but I want not going to allow another day without doing this exercise! 💪🏼🫡 I feel great after doing it because the exercises are getting easier, I did feel a little burn with the squat&2x abd. Probably will incorporate another of Ivana’s booty videos so I can get a little boost lol. My husband did ask me last night 😏👩🏻❤️👨🏻 “Did your butt grow?” 😅 That’s how I know it’s working 🤗

Muscle is still muscle no matter your age. You might have more body fat at a mature age that you will burn off when you develop the muscle group you are focusing on. I'm 50 and have a booty of a woman much younger than my actual age.

Hello, if these exercises are done daily, will the hips get bigger after a month? And is it possible to enlarge the hips and shrink the stomach at the same time in one month?
I know your comment is from 5 days ago, but the answer is: 1- doing booty exercises will make your hips bigger by working the muscles. 2- losing weight will make all parts of your body become "smaller", by losing fat, including your stomach and hip and just in case most abs exercises don't reduce it, normally make it bigger So, if you do hip exercises + diet, you'll probably get more curvier, bc it'll increase or mantain the size of your hips and will reduce the stomach/waist. Obs: you need a diet and add weight exercises after some time of doing it to make your butt grow a lot and will need another diet to make you loose weight, in summary, search an nutritionist.
