I suffer with IBS and have focused pain under my right ribs (Have been checked out for anything serious - all is clear) I've done your routine for the first time and it was blooming well painful! However, I began to feel the benefits not long after doing it. I shall persevere and do it every day .Thanks again Linda.

Wow great massage, I notic d that when pumping my arms would get extremely tired/weak and then start to hurt, around 15 seconds of pumping. I don't feel this sensation at other times and my arms are pretty strong.Does the weakness mean anything?
