    I've had all kinds of scans xrays MRI blood tests etc etc for past 3 years. Some mild degeneration reported. Nothing else. I have a huge stomach. Was always in good shape yet I've suffered for 3 years now with pain. I'm a nurse in UK and thought I had control of my body. I google every day for answers that the experts cant give me. Then I found this video after Google came up with lymphedema for my symptoms. I can't tell you how good this felt. The relief in my groin and hip was remarkable!!! And my puffy face especially under eyes went down significantly. Thank you so much for this lovely friendly video! God bless xx

      I think we should be educated more on the importance of a healthy lymph node system. I had no idea that women who've had masectomies go through serious problems because many of their nodes are taken out. This isn't commonly talked about but it very important for women's health.

This and the full body tapping video had changed my life. No more stuffy nose, early morning exercises are much easier. Began walking/exercising in 2007 but never tried this. I can't wait to see how this effects my "numbers" at my next doctor visit in August. This has already helped reduce the transit time of my bowel movements (TMI?) Cleared up sinuses impacted by doing furniture finishing 30yrs ago. No more stuffy nose. I'm so thankful

      @happyday868 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      For your bowel movement, when you wake up, stand feet apart and swing your hips 360 degrees clockwise and make a big circle. Push your hips all the way to the front, to the right side, back and left side. Do 36 times. Then do counter clockwise 24x. To start, ' Exhale' first, blowing air thru mouth, navel almost touching your back. Empty all the air. Relax your belly muscles. The air fills up itself. You don't need to breathe in. Exhale and again navel all the way in to the back. Breathe this way when you are circling your hips. Now your feet. Imagine you are standing in the center of a clock. Noon is in front of you. When your hip is at noon, the pressure is on your toes and your back is arching back. At 3 o'clock, your hip is at 3 o'clock but your body is leaning towards the 9. At 6, the pressure is on your heels, your butt sticking towards your back and your back is bending forwards. Then finally at the 9 o'clock, your hip is on the left but your shoulder and upper half is leaning right. It is complicated at the beginning. Practice the circling first to loosen up. Then slowly practice the feet. Notice at 12, the pressure is on the toes by leaning forward. At 3, pressure on the right edge of the feet, at 6 on the heels and at 9 on the left edge of the feet. If you do this slowly in the morning and half an hour you eat, you will not have any digestive problems. It is also important that you bring your navel all the way in until you run out of breath when you exhale. Again, slowly...nothing jerky.

    That felt amazing! I’ll be doing this daily!
    I was recently injured by a psychiatric medication i was allergic to; my new psychiatrist told me it would probably take between 1-2 months for the severe symptoms to resolve. The brain fog, disconnection from my body, dizziness, eye strain, snow vision, and my nervous system on extreme high alert were so bad i started doing acupuncture, and drinking soothing teas, and chiropractic visits which have speeded up the process but it’s still so slow; im unable to work due to this which is really annoying and stressful to me and my family.
    ANYWAY Today i found dry brushing which helped immensely to calm my nervous ststrm doen, but after doing this, i felt like my conscienceness came more into my body and my jaw loosened. Basically I’m suffering less!! SO WORTH IT! THANK YOU!!!

    Body waste/toxines is piled up in my body because of a homeopathic treatment (under supervision) to get rid of streptococcus. I had to stop the treatment temporarely, because the pain got worse in my legs and sides of my body. I almost cannot walk anymore. After doing this video (and the one of the liver where standing on one leg was quite a challange) I could walk better. I realised the pain in my legs is on the place of the lymphatic system. It encourages me to do these video's once or twice a day to experience the pain might get less. Thanks!

    5:16 Arm Pit
    7:24 Belt Meridian side to side
    8:48 Stomach Circles around bellybutton.
    9:23 Neck Under Chin

    When i studied qigong the instructor would do this lymphatic rubbing and a patting sets, usually they started from the scalp and worked downwards on the body. Often rubbing on meridians of acupuncture as part of the sets. The lymphatic slapping being done as a cooling down after basic stretches and ending workouts.

I started drinking apple cider vinegar in warm water w/honey, and I am taking an organic garlic supplement. This all started over 2 years after my husband passed on. It was a very stressful time. My OBGYN Urinary doc said I do not have the c word, that swelling can be caused by just shaving your underarms. I need these to shrink. I have noticed that my neck nodes swell and deflate now. I suffer cellulite and no matter what I do it doesn't seem to help. I have just come across a piece of information that it's connected to lymph nodes and I decided to dig deep and I come across this video through TH-cam suggestions. Hopefully, it'd finally work for me on how to get rid of cellulite and boost my immune system as well! Will keep you updated.

      First update: for the first time in ages I see some progress after massaging with dry brush and then essential oil message before sleep and when wake up! I wanna add that I also tried to emphasise eating food rich in potassium. Potassium help balance sodium in body and increase toxins drainage.

      @@JiMo711 the only for cellulite that I’ve seen is the fascia blaster by Ashley Black. There’s tons of vids and testimonials on how it can even reshape your body and help with muscle issues. Cellulite is an issue of the fascia.

    • @JiMo711
      @JiMo711 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@YHW77777 Actually I thought that earlier after watching Dr. Berg talking about it and suggesting dry brushing or massaging with oils. It helped a little but once I leave it for any reason everything goes back again and even worse! He lately suggested that it might be toxins that are hidden in the fat cells as you eat wrong new fat cells come up more. But for me even when I eat well and lose weight it still have the stupid bumps on my whole body! To the extent I can't by any mean wear short stuff without having to wear long hoose to camouflage it. He lately suggested that to get rid of it we need to make sure we have enough potassium as it's the mean to drain toxins out of the body and it's known the more the sodium the less the potassium and the more body stores water in fat cells and don't drain it out until it replaces it with fat back or really lose it if your diet is for a longer time and with no one least day of comfort. When I started thinking smarter and found this video and tried to control external factors from food and vitamins with the messaging techniques to drain the toxins from the lymph nodes all over my body. I have to say it become a little better in short time. I am trying to keep on it hopefully I'll ever have good looking legs&buttocks again!

    I absolutely loved this! It helped me a lot. Thank you so much for this video and all of your other amazing videos. Especially the Vagus Nerve activation which helped me tremendously to put a full on break on the fight, flight and freeze mode I was apparently running on without me even noticing. Mind blowing!😳 My therapist said that my Vagus Nerve was out of balance. Because of this I searched here on TH-cam and I found your video. After 1 week my therapist saw this amazing result and asked what I did, so I shared your video and your channel with her. I also did your other videos on chest pain relief, releasing anger, open your blocked chest, exercises for chest congestion and I combined this with the Vagus Nerve activation. Turned out to be an excellent combination! And now this amazing lymphatic drainage video I found today. I'm gratefull for all that you do and share. Much love and blessings🙏🏼❤

    Thank you so much for teaching, showing, and guiding me through these lymphatic massages. It's about 3:30 a.m. in New York and I was awake and did these massages. I was surprised my nose started to drain which was interesting because I didn't feel any stuffiness or congestion.
    This is a daily go for me! I already massage my lower abdomen regularly and this will be added to the routine, I put a little olive oil on my fingers to help my hands glide more freely, I hope that is okay. As I go along, I am sure I won't need the oil.
    Thank you again, this is terrific!

    Note: This may be useful as a general massage but is not to be confused with the proper lymph massage known as MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage) for which Lymphedema Therapists are trained. This is important to note if you suffer from lymphedema and are looking for instruction on self-MLD.

    If you're doing this routine on bare skin, it helps to put oil on your hands first, so your hands and fingers glide over the skin. I just used a little olive oil, from the kitchen.
