Why does the Stomach Meridian contain the only acupuncture points on the body which are considered forbidden to any acupuncture treatment? (from Da Liu's , "Taoist Health Exercise Book")
I have come across this video as I wanted stomach and spleen release exercises for my IBS Like it very much Will it help shift my extreme flatulent insides if I do it regularly?
Your videos are really nice and I use them quite often. But are these exercises itself enough for a daily routine? What all exercises should we do daily ? Are all meridian exercises to be done only if we have issue or till the issue is resolved ?
Thank you Linda for all your videos. I can't touch my toe when doing this exercise. I had had my spinal surgery twice. My lumbar bones segments are fused from L1 to S1. Can I continue to do this exercise? Thank you for your advice.
I did these with severe scoliosis, it’s best to go where you feel comfortable - hands on thighs is fine, wherever you can get a full breath without pain…a teacher told me even if you just imagine yourself doing it perfectly you will get the benefits 😊 Take care
Dam the ankle over leg really hurt but i battled thru it with a easier position lol love it again, yt understands my life. And general self care is really required maane 😘 🥰 🌠
