Eat healthy, exercise, take baby aspirin as well as vitamin tabs, eat fermented cabbage such as Sauerkraut & kimchi, take one spoon of extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar, drink matcha green tea and sleep well. That's what I've done and just celebrated my 90th birthday lately. 😊
Love the enthusiasm. Why no mention of oxalates? Supplements? Stopping damaging activities---switching from a belt (bad) to suspenders (good)? Stretching exercises to relieve muscular (lack of) on the kidney area? No mention of fat/protein?
