Thank you for the informative video. I didn't know about the exertion fatigue. That explains some episodes I experienced in the past. I'm looking forward to futher informative videos. Earlier this year, my functional doctor ordered labs to check my levels, and I was very low in iron, folate, and B12 (methylonic acid test). My diet is primarily vegetarian, but I have been trying to add more organic animal foods. My doctor has also recommended specific supplements to raise my levels, and they have been slowly improving. I also learned that I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis, which is another reason for the depletion. My next lab tests will include Intrinsic Factor. My dad had low thyroid function (took Synthroid) and low B12 (needed injections).
I need to know what doctor to see to get the condition recognized. A DNA test says that I have trouble using B12 and it might explain a lifetime of problems. But I don't think my local PA is qualified to deal with it. Two of my sisters have MS which is destruction of that myelin sheath.
Yes please follow up with videos on B12 testing and treatments.
