I’m 70 and have osteoporosis. I’m trying the exercises, but wonder if I should be twisting my spine so much?
Dear Annette, If you have osteoporosis I suggest avoiding deep bending, especially when these movements involve your spine. Thank you for following the sessions on my channel.
