@@Eastcoastmama506 omg yesss i agree im doing this for 7 days and i already see results including last week i did her tabata morning one which got me started! im def keeping up with her workouts i love them
@@sandraaliff1578 Yes, this same one. Just once a day and I can definitely see a difference! The only diet changes I have made so far is drinking alot more water.
Wow, this really motivates me to keep going! I've only done her 20 min. workouts once a day so far and I've been really scared that 20 min. might not be enough for me to even see any results, but now I'm def gonna keep going. Good luck to you on your weight loss journey!
7 weeks ago I was diagnosed with diabetes and decided to change my lifestyle. I walk, I don't eat starchy carbs or free sugar and I've been loving working our with Jo. I'm 23lb lighter and my sugars are stable at 5.8 😁
@@drapenteng5976 As I'm diabetic I don't eat rice, pasta, noodles, bread or potatoes as they contain too much starch so spike blood sugar. I don't eat any added sugar or processed foods at all. I don't limit myself on low GI vegetables and I have one portion of whole fruit a day, at breakfast time so I can process the natural sugar it contains. I have plenty of lean protein, healthy fats and low fat dairy as diabetics are four times more likely to develop cardiovascular problems...I stay away from saturated fats. If you want a typical day's menu just say 😁 3 weeks after my comment I've now lost 32lb and my sugars are still stable.
@@user-sc9pn3tq4y High in protein, gallon of water a day, lots of fruits mostly berries because that gets rid of belly bloat. Watermelon does too, no Sugar, low SODIUM, that makes your stomach bloat. Get at least 8-9 hrs asleep, because with the changes your body is going through you need the rest. But remember consistency is #1, don’t ever give up. You set a goal for yourself go for and and stay with it. Also remember my diet might work for me, but not you. You have to find what works for you👍🏻. Don’t give up!
I'm 20 and I weigh 149 lbs. I am suffering from food addiction and I really need to get my health back on track. Starting this on 4/4/2024. Will be doing this for 3 weeks. Did this for 4 days and then I had my exams. Restarted it 7 days back and so happy to say I have lost 2.5 pounds. Will definitely be continuing!!
I have food addiction too. One thing that helped with sugar cravings is replacing it with whole fruit (natural sugar) instead, and very very, VERY little "fatty sugars" idk the right word but like candy or cake, that kind of stuff. when I started eating fruits I almost completely stopped wanting cakes or other sweets. Hope it helps you too
Omg, this is my third consecutive day incorporating this workout to my routine and I can finally hold my arms up the whole video!!!! 😭😭😭 If you’re reading this, here’s your motivation to keep going! She’s the real deal!!!
I just started today too, so my goal will be like yours to get my arms up and keep them up. But I did the whole workout without stopping so that's given me the motivation to keep going
@growwithjo I don't know if you will ever see this but this is the second time I have found myself in tears at the end of your video. I have Multiple Sclerosis, have done rounds of chemo to fight it and am also battling Complex PTSD. I don't always feel proud of myself but I feel strong and proud when I workout with you and your sweet smiling face. Thank you for what you do and who you are. You make a difference.
I spontaneously started crying when I finished the workout. I have been in a really bad depression for the last couple of years following from 2 big traumatic incidents that had a huge impact on my mind and body. It was the hardest time of my life. It ruined my self esteem and happiness and I spent most my days laying inside on the couch watching tv. I have been working on getting out of the depression and feeling like I'm worth taking care of and showing up for myself. Getting up and doing the workout made me feel so good and kind of proud of myself, which I really needed to feel. I feel hopeful and excited now to reach the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you for creating such a nice workout and radiating such positivity and kindness! I love how it's easy and low impact enough that it makes me not hate working out immediately. It gave me room to experience the joy of feeling active, in motion and not being sedentary. I will do my best to incorporate these workouts in my weekly routine now and show up for myself!
@@YeshaisHoly It's going good, I'm taking it slow. I did 2 workouts last week, I'll probably do one tomorrow (: Thank you for asking! Hope you're well too
Guys ........I have been doing this workout since from 2 months (strict diet)I lost 12 kgs ....my lower belly is slowly disappearing....it takes time but shocking results.....just believe in ur self u can do it ....
I started my exercises in November 2022 weight was 100kg.In the 2nd week of December i weighed 92.8kg.I weighed in on the 05.02.2023 and am 86kg.Consistency works..By the way i am a 66yrs old female all the way from South Africa.Thank you so much Jo.You are amazing.Without you and your motivation i wouldn't have gotten this far.
I agree. I started Sunday and today is Wednesday and I’m down 6 lbs. I also have been doing high high protein and low carbs for my diet. It’s actually pretty fascinating to see my results this soon!!!
I started this workout and some similar ones from this channel and other channels on and off for the past couple years. I’m 5’2 and was around 103kg last year. I’m down to 71kg now. I’m commenting bc I want to hold myself accountable and hit my goal weight so I will update in a month or so! We got this y’all, keep pushing!
Congratulations girll,,i was 80,at my peak weight, but now I'm 70, didn't lose that much,,still worry how i lose this extra weight but hope I'll get to my goal soon
Update: I had a surgery so I couldn’t do the exercises as often as I was but i’m at 69.7kg now! I will check in next month as well now that i’m recovered 😊
My first exercise today 1st September 2024 and followed till the end. I'm doing the 30 days challenge,no sugar, no soda. Like my comment ,I will come back on 30th of this month.
coming back to this after a year because I just love Jo´s energy. For those of you wondering about results, I did this for about three weeks and my tummy got REALLY flat and my thighs were also more toned and my bum looked nicer and bigger. My problem area is really my arms though, and I didn´t see any changes there but now i´m lifting at the gym and I do this after for my cardio burn and oooou, my body is actually banging! Don´t GIVE UP!
For arms do push-ups. I started with wall push ups because I had just gave birth but now i do regular push up’s. 3 sets of 15 twice a day and I saw weight loss around my bra area and my arms
@@mimiplastique what's the problem 🤨 Just because you don't have the same results as her doesn't mean it's fake ! We all have different body types and differents morphologies
Thanks! I am a 60-year-old woman, trying to lose about 10 to 15 pounds. And I am doing your workouts 5 to 6 days a week. I just started. And I really love them thank you so much.
Congrats on starting this journey-- and I'm 71 years old and absolutely LOVING these Grow with Jo workouts-- AND I just lost about 12 pounds in the past 6 months... so this is your 'exercise twin' ;-), just 10 years 'down the road' ;-)
Just completed this workout as day 2 on the 2024 Grow with Jo January calendar and it definitely kicked up a sweat in 20 very productive minutes. My legs are sore from the day one workout and I am sure they will be sore even more and I hope my abs will be too. These are all signs of burning fat, transforming my body and I am HERE For It!!!
Omg I did it! The whole thing!! I tried so many times but could only get up to 16 minutes. You should've seen my victory dance, fat was flabbing everywhere but it felt so good to be able to finish it!! Thank you so much, you're a goddess!!! ❤❤
ALMOST 1 MONTH IN, this is the longest i have ever been consistent and I'm so proud of myself next week friday will be my first month cant wait till i can see progress
I’ve done this specific one for the last month and to this month and I’ve included going to the park for a mile run and walking as well, I’ve lost 15 pounds, I used to weigh 180 now I’m 165, I still eat about the same foods but not as much as I used too! I’m glad I found her videos they motivate me to keep going !
I rarely comment on posts, but had to give a huge thanks to Jo.I am 29F,have been into active lifestyle since I was 20.But during covid ,due to lack of regular activities, I became addicted to a lazy lifestyle. On top of it my job demands long sitting hours which ended up giving me a whopping 20+kg weight gain. Last year I tried joining gym but felt unreasonably ashamed to workout publically with my current form.Ending up in tears,I eventually stopped going and accepted this sedentary life. Earlier this year I lost my father in a sudden cardiac arrest which shook me and made me rethink my decisions. Fortunately I stumbled upon grow with Jo videos and loved her energy and more over with the positive community she has. Now I have been working out on and off with these workouts 5times a week for last 3months with a moderately healthy eating habit. I have lost around 7kgs which for me is a huge achievement.. And more importantly I dont feel ashamed in my body or demotivated.
OMG, Thanks for the likes guys!! I decided I have to give this another shot, and this time I am really going hard! Will be sharing EVERY workout I do, and results! (Sorry I forgot last time!!). Day 1 starts tomorrow 💞 Day 1: Day 2: Day 3: Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Results!:
Just a side note, Definitely give it a shot! I have been doing at least this for 2 weeks, and can see and feel a difference all ready! You can do this challenge along side me, and post in the replies as well ❤️❤️ Day 1 starts on the 7th of September, 2024!!
I have been obese/overweight my whole life. Food has always been a comfort and I’ve always HATED working out. I have no discipline and have a really hard time keeping up with motivation. I was prediabetic when I was younger which I “grew out of”. I just had my first baby at the end of June and had gestational diabetes with him. For the first time in YEARS and the first time since I had my first baby I worked out and it was TOUGH. I also made better food choices today. BUT the biggest part, I didn’t give up. I finished the work out (even if my “rest” sessions were sometimes longer than Jo’s 😅) and I ate the salad when I wanted donuts. And I hope to see myself back here tomorrow doing this damn thing 🤪. Here’s to better choices for a better me. 🥰
Hi I'm just wondering if you're still working on your plan, I believe we can make it through this, sending you much love and strength to complete your plan. I'm new also, sometimes we just need to know that we aren't alone. I haven't worked out in twenty years until just this week with her, you already know how I was feeling right. I said to myself just don't stop, just lift your legs and or feet , arm however you can, just don't stop... Hang in there, We can do it ☺️!
I was struggling to lose weight for a very long time. I was working out but I also love to eat. At one point I was thinking that I was going to be fat for the rest of my life until I started eating properly. Good diet is a key. Obviously I had no clue what to eat and how much. I had to invest in a meal plan from Next Level Diet. It wasn't expensive and helped me start losing weight and eat properly. Now I am thinking about getting personal fitness coach to help me learn how to plan and do exercises properly.
@@ZionHanson-fh6vn 3x a week?!! Now i don’t have to feel guilty for missing 2 days out of my week!! I can slow it down! lol thank you.. on my 3 1/2 week of my journey and I’m still having downfalls 😭 but I jump back on it. Thank you for sharing
You've made me realize I don't have to be miserable every workout or do extremely long workouts everyday. I was trying to convince myself to skip today but just finished this and feel great. Finally something I can stick to.
Thank you for helping me reach my goals. You are part of my weight loss journey (as well as walking and getting an active job). I weighed 216 lbs. and I'm happy to say I'm now at 170lbs. With love from Canada 😍
I went from remote work to working retail-lost 17 pounds in 7 months. My total weight loss is about 40-45 lbs being that I had lost 20 pounds already and wanted to lose another 10. I took the retail job to lose 10 lbs and only intended to keep it 3 months but I really loved the work. Wound up getting more hours and a raise and losing 17 pounds!
My first Time today and I’m drenched in sweat. I think I get insecure when I swear bc when I was younger I would nervously sweat and kids would make fun of me. But this is a good cleanse and thank u for sharing bc I don’t feel so insecure, lol. Keep up the good work 👍😃
I love Jo’s workouts! I share them with everyone!! This is my 6th day completing this same workout, tomorrow is rest day for sure. But combined with eating healthier (little to no sugar), going for more walks outside, and getting at least 6hrs of sleep each night, I have already lost 7lbs! Thanks Jo for your positivity and inspiration!
This workout is exactly what I’ve been looking for. As an autistic person I struggle with non repetitive moves and I get lost in the craziness of movement . This truly had me smiling my entire workout . Thank you so much !!!
I don’t know why but this is the only workout video I’ve found on TH-cam that I can do days in a row. I like the movements, it gets a sweat going without being too rough on my body and her personality is great too!
Ive been following Jojo for almost 2 weeks and i love how great i feel afterwards and I love that the whole workout is standing. Not going up amd down.
I finished the entire workout! Never workout at all I just gave birth 6weeks ago and I feel so much better since I’ve been doing your workouts THANK YOU
I’m a believer. I started w this workout video, and have been working out to your videos once a day since. No matter what video I choose, the first time through is hard and the second time the next day is much better. I love your energy. I stopped using drugs almost 5 months ago and have went from 170 to 215. I have been doing your workouts for a week an have noticed results already. Thank you
Im in the same boat I stopped using and I went from 118 to 160 and im just starting on getting back into shape now that I have my sobriety congrats on being sober!
dude this is incredible. Your progress is amazing and youre clearly headed the right path and making a great change to yourself and your life. i know we don't know each other but im proud of you for leaving drugs and im proud of you for putting in the effort to turn your life around
This is my first growwithjo workout. Wasn’t expecting to sweat this much. I just recovered from severe pneumonia and am working on getting my endurance back. This workout killed me but I’ll try it again tomorrow until I can do it without pausing.
I suffered a terrible bout of pneumonia years ago. In addition to exercise, try doing some breathing exercises. They will strengthen your lungs and increase their capacity. Search pranayama on youtube.
I am so proud of myself .I finished this workout for the first time without stopping.I love this community because you guys encourage me so much to push myself❤️
Ive been doing jos workouts for 2 weeks, and the last week i made an 8 hour window to eat to intermittent fast. My experience so far is im not down any real weight, but i have noticed i want to go to bed earlier than normal and i wake up earlier than normal. I feel happy when i wake up, and now at work im not afraid to speak up. In fact ive been more confident overall, even when i look in the mirror cuz i know im doing something. 2 weeks ago i was at 182 pounds when i was full, and now, in my fasted state, i am 177 pounds. I still am about 180 pounds, but i want to have a slow experience and dont want to push myself so far i binge eat (which i have done in the past and in turn i gained 10 pounds) so now im doing a workout when im in the mood, eating healthier (but still making time for foods i love) with the right caloric intake. I feel great, and i have more energy than i ever had the last 4 years. I feel... less depressed.
yeah, jo's workouts will do that to you. it's an absolute confidence and mood boost. she's an extremely radiant woman. i'm glad to hear you feel more comfortable now, even by just a bit. goes to show just how great of a woman jo is 🙏💕
Just completed this for the first time! I'm 22 and after 3 hip surgeries, I am now handicapped and needing total hip replacements. I let myself go due to feeling so depressed after my diagnosis. Was able to keep up (had to substitute a few of the workouts that make my hips flare), felt the burn and felt invigorated afterwards. Thank you for your workouts, infectious smile, and wonderful attitude! Going to be doing them daily from now on. ❤
This is my FAVORITE workout so far. Been with this channel for two months now; 13 pounds down and I keep coming back to this one, especially when I don’t want to workout. It gives me the energy I need. The music is perfect, upbeat, energizing and makes you want to keep going! Love it! Thank you, Jo!!
Omg I do these workouts with my mom and I love them so much! I have lost over 20 lbs. In 1 month all thanks to these workouts and protein shakes every morning! ❤
Been doing this workout for about 4-5 weeks , only 3 weeks consistently and lost 3.5 kgs / 7.7 pounds and it's still going, I've tried other youtubers like chloe tings and it worked but the fat would come back again but with jo I feel like I can do it and not give up, she just give me the motivation to do anything and everything ❤❤ truly have changed my life for the better
To anyone reading this you got this you can do it 💕! My journey changed when i started doing it for mental health rather then to lose weight. I realized that it was easier for me to get through the work out when i muted it (love you Jo ! This is just what worked for me) and listened to my own music with head phones on. After i finished my work out i had a dance party which added like another 10 min to my work out ! You can do it stop comparing yourself and do it to feel better not for the scale the progress will come as long as you stay consistent 😊
A few days ago, I was talking to God about my health. I made up in my mind that I needed to start exercising more and lose weight, and today, you came across my timeline. You won me over just by your lovely spirit! I'm all in! Subscribed!!😄🙏🏾
Currently 208lbs. I’m gonna do this everyday for a month. I’ll be back June 7th 🫶🏾😊 Hello Ladies!!! I got my scale out this morning weighing in at 202.7 lbs‼️🥳 I couldn’t believe it!!!! The fact that I’m 3 pounds away from being out the 200lbs🥹 -also my thighs have slimmed down SOOOO much and are so much stronger and firm! I built a lot of muscle there and my legs look amazing! I’m so proud of my self I hope this motivated you guys💕😊 2024 UPDATE! as of today I am 166lbs!!! I still do this workout at least 2 times a week. From when I was 202 pounds when I commented this I continuously did this for about two months every night before bed. then I got a gym membership and started doing cardio for 30 minutes three days a week. On days I didn’t/don’t go to gym I did this before I went to bed. 🙂💕Guys please believe in yourself, God, and push through your past self will thank you. ♥️

Hello Fist day of this workout. As of 07/05/2023 I weight 192. Fist workout was intense had me sweating, already loving it. Ill keep all of you guys posted on my weight as we go.
I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. th-cam.com/users/postUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

I’ve been doing Grow with Jo since the beginning of October 2021. I was so depressed and had gained a lot of weight and didn’t feel confident about myself. But now I feel so good! I’m not scared to wear certain clothes and I feel so effing confident! Thank you for these videos, they LITERALLY changed my life
I successfully did for 25 minutes this entire workout after 3 weeks. For first one i only did for 5 minutes because im so tired. But today dear alhamdulillah for this. Im challenge my self for better body better health and better life tq❤
54 years young, from the Bronx. Thanks for this one Jo. Just finished it. I can't do floor exercises so this was great. I completed the whole thing without rest. The time flew.
I’ve been following Jo’s workouts for a while. I enjoyed this one and 20 minutes was just the right amount because it was intense. I am 55 and consider myself in good form, but I have been diagnosed with cervical spine arthritis and am not supposed to lift weights over my head, so for a big part of this workout, I was lifting 18 ounce soup cans instead and I felt the arm burn just the same. Thank you, Jo!
I did this one since I have no motivation to work out. I have changed my diet and have a very busy schedule but when I have time I pick Jo's walking workouts. I was 220 in January 2022, now im down to 196! I hope to continue to workout with Jo to see more results! Thanks for doing what you do!

I started doing Jo a couple weeks ago and it helped me get through my plateau. I was doing the 1 hr 600 calorie burn but caught the flu and switched to this one cause it is shorter. I need a belly blaster though... So hope this really helps

💕➰💕Hey Jo! So listen - in 2019 I lost over 100lbs, but then I let COVID, miscarriages, and change in job take me out of my gym/healthy eating routine and I gained 50lbs back. I’ve just got the vaccine and eager to get back to exercising and be the healthiest I can be to get ready for hopefully a 2022 baby 🙏🏻 thanks for this video - I think it was my start to something great!💕➰💕

@@Razjaz_1825 Hey! Nothing much dr I just controlled eating some junks (but I also ate fried chicken😜) and restricted eating after 7 pm. I also made sure that I drink 3liters everyday . Hope this helps :)
I have been doing this workout 4-5 times a week I started on October 26 it is now December 15 and so far I have lost 6 pounds and my stomach looks so much flatter! I will keep posting updates love this workout I almost have it memorized so I keep the volume low to keep up with her and put my own music playlist on and it flies by! I also still need to change up my eating a lil more, I am a snacker for sure but since starting u eat more fruit and veggies and protein still need to cut out more sugar but I’m loving these videos they are my fave on TH-cam!!!!!

I haven't really worked out like this in years. Im excited to get my health back on track. This video is super motivational. I may not have done every move correctly but im super happy with myself and blessed that I finished the video. Yall pray for me.
I'm on Day 1 post car accident spine injury recovery and I've made it through the whole workout. I'm so glad to get back into working out. Thanks for this!!!
I just want to say thank you !! I am 9 months post partum from my emergency c section. I cried while working out because I feel like I have a sense of myself again... I've struggled with alot of post partum depression. Medication doesn't always work, I've been on about 7 now. And none help. I feel like I've lost myself in motherhood ! And I don't have family or friends to support us because we are a military family. So it feels like us against the world !! And thank you because this made me feel like my old self again !! And that's what I need is too feel confident and sexy again !!
I am doing her workout 4-5x a week for a month now and I have lost about 4-5kg already. And of course, I also cut down all my junk foods, sweets and sodas. I am happy of the outcome and is thrilled to achieve my goal body weight! Thank you Jo!🥰❤️
@@ttmclean79 Yes I do have belly fat as I am 10 months postpartum that time. Gained quite a lot of during my pregnancy. Happy that I was able to lose around 9-10kg now. Just keep on doing it and discipline on the food is the key! PS: I also cut down on my rice intake as well😅
Been doing your 20 minute videos at least 3x a week for the past 3 weeks and I’ve slowly been getting my confidence back. I’ve lost a little weight, not that noticeable but my clothes are fitting different and I have so much more energy. Going into week 4, going to take it up a notch and try longer videos or do 2x a day.
I’ve started my workout journey on June 26 with my weight being at 150. I kept pushing working out 5-7 days a week. I would only do a 20 minute workout everyday btw! Now it’s Dec 17 and my current weight is 127!:) Thank you Jo I love your videos!
I just did this, it's fun, I'm sweating like crazy. I did this while on day 2 of my 3 day water fast. I have over 2k steps already just from this workout. Thank you Jo, God bless you.
When I started working out, I was 160 pounds. Now, I am 130! Remember, it will take time (it took me about two years since I have troubles with staying consistent). You got this!
I love these workouts I am very out of shape and have just been in a kind of lazy state so I started doing these workouts and I feel amazing and motivated after doing them.THANK YOU!

7 weeks ago I was diagnosed with diabetes and decided to change my lifestyle. I walk, I don't eat starchy carbs or free sugar and I've been loving working our with Jo. I'm 23lb lighter and my sugars are stable at 5.8 😁
Well done, YOU!!
Yay!!
That’s alright!!!!
What is your diet please
8 months later and I completed it without pausing it! I am down to 143! 8 months ago guys I was 190!
Great work 💪👍
Congrats 💞☺️ What was your diet like?
congrats!
No way congrats that’s my goal. I’m at 196
I'm 20 and I weigh 149 lbs.
I am suffering from food addiction and I really need to get my health back on track. Starting this on 4/4/2024. Will be doing this for 3 weeks.

Will definitely be continuing!!
You got this!!
Hiii, how are you doing?
Girl I’m 12 and 153 pounds
I have food addiction too. One thing that helped with sugar cravings is replacing it with whole fruit (natural sugar) instead, and very very, VERY little "fatty sugars" idk the right word but like candy or cake, that kind of stuff. when I started eating fruits I almost completely stopped wanting cakes or other sweets. Hope it helps you too
@@Kathryn_P Thank you, that would definitely help!

@growwithjo I don't know if you will ever see this but this is the second time I have found myself in tears at the end of your video.
How's it going

Good job you got this! Just keep pushing through 😀.

Yess that's actually quite inspiring. I also feel the same way as in "I'm doing something" . You got this. Let's hit our goals together ❤
yeah, jo's workouts will do that to you. it's an absolute confidence and mood boost. she's an extremely radiant woman. i'm glad to hear you feel more comfortable now, even by just a bit. goes to show just how great of a woman jo is 🙏💕
Just completed this for the first time! ❤
Proud of you!♥️ wishing you the besttt
Sorry for all you've been through. You are so strong. Keep up the good work! 🤗
So proud!! 👏🏼 keep up the good work!! Wishing you the best always 🤩
Yess & prayed for you 🙏🏽❤️
This is my FAVORITE workout so far.
2nd Workout of 2024 🎉 Feeling great 😁
Same. I'm keeping up and intend to go to the end of the month with this challenge.
OH WOW amazing result!! I hope doing it once a day is enough? >
@@Chelsea21Welcome definitely, it makes a big big difference just be patient
UPDATE: 2 weeks later, I lost track a bit but lost another kilogram /2.2 pounds 💪
Wow.. that’s great.. really motivating… did you do this workout everyday for all 3/4 weeks without a break?? Or we need to do 5 days a week or so??
@@Varshini265 i did it 6 days a week and Sunday rest day
To anyone reading this you got this you can do it 💕!
I’ll be back June 7th 🫶🏾😊
Hello Ladies!!! I got my scale out this morning weighing in at 202.7 lbs‼️🥳
I couldn’t believe it!!!! The fact that I’m 3 pounds away from being out the 200lbs🥹
-also my thighs have slimmed down SOOOO much and are so much stronger and firm! I built a lot of muscle there and my legs look amazing! I’m so proud of my self I hope this motivated you guys💕😊
2024 UPDATE! as of today I am 166lbs!!! ♥️
June 7 is almost here

I just want to say that, as a mama of 2 boys delivered via csection, you truly inspire me! I don't have time to go to the gym. I honestly wouldn't feel comfortable there, and I am so thankful I can do this at home while my babies sleep! Don't stop making your videos! You are awesome!

how many calories did you burn doing this?
I weigh 190 and I’m going for it!
Currently 91kg. Starting these workouts today on April 1. Will update progress after a month
So?
I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.
you got this baby!! we will do it together!!! im 180 rn and my goal is 140!
I’ve been doing Grow with Jo since the beginning of October 2021. I was so depressed and had gained a lot of weight and didn’t feel confident about myself. But now I feel so good! I’m not scared to wear certain clothes and I feel so effing confident! Thank you for these videos, they LITERALLY changed my life
You are so strong Jennifer, I am so happy to hear that you are feeling confident and happier. Wish I would give you a big hug! xoxo

I am so glad that you enjoy these!! They are a great challenge!

Today is 12/18/22 I weighed at 240 and can squeeze into a size 14!!
I started doing Jo a couple weeks ago and it helped me get through my plateau. I was doing the 1 hr 600 calorie burn but caught the flu and switched to this one cause it is shorter. I need a belly blaster though... So hope this really helps
Truckin that is wonderful, keep going girl
Woah, that's amazing. How many times did you do her workouts? I was doing an hour every day for 2 weeks, but I wore my body out and haven't exercised for 2 weeks!:/
@@laurajayne668 thanks. I was doing 3 times a week. I admit I got distracted. I weighed in yesterday 2/13/23 at 227 pounds. So down 53 pounds in 5 months. I need to ramp up the workouts again. Perhaps you just motivated me to do so. Thanks!!!
@Truckin Along With Kearsey Thats amazing, well done hun! Are you calorie counting? I'm literally struggling so much with that as different websites ect are giving me different calories.. I'm 250 pounds and would love to lose 50 pounds in 5 months! You got any tips?🤭
